The Essentials
Classic Martini

Belvedere Vodka or Portobello Gin stirred with dry


vermouth, served dry or wet. Olives or a lemon twist?

Aviation

Crisp and citrusy; Brokers Gin, lemon juice and


Luxardo Maraschino liqueur with a splash of sugar.

Negroni

A bartenders favourite. Campari, Martini Rosso and


Brokers Gin stirred and served short on the rocks with
a slice of orange.

Bloody Mary

A rich and mildly spicy mix spiked with Russian


Standard Vodka. Extra Tabasco if required.

7yr Mojito

Abuelo 7yr Old Rum, lime juice, fresh mint, sugar syrup
and a dash of soda.

Mandarine Mule

Mandarine Napoleon liqueur, an amazing blend of


brandy and oranges, lime juice and ginger ale.

Bramble

Brokers Gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup stirred and


topped with crushed ice and Creme de Cassis.

The Finer Things


Classic Margarita

Patron Resposado, Cointreau and lime juice with the


classic salted rim.

Sazerac

Sazerac Rye Whiskey, demerara sugar, bitters and an


absinthe rinse. A sweetened whiskey concoction from
the 1800s and possibly the first proper cocktail.

New York Sour

Buffalo Trace Bourbon reappears in this prohibition style


drink. Sweet and sour dried out with a red wine float.

Mandarine Napoleon liqueur and Buffalo Trace


Bourbon mixed with sugar and orange bitters.
Napoleons drink of choice, not for the faint hearted,
believe us!

Fashioned

Woodford Reserve Bourbon or Abuelo 12yr Rum stirred


down with sugar and bitters

Sours

Sours are aptly named, with their flavour coming from


lemon juice balanced with gomme and smoothed with
a little egg white and your choice of either Whiskey,
Gin or Amaretto.

Bar Des Arts Favourites


Dark and Stormy

Bermudas national drink and greatest export. Goslings


Black Seal Rum straight from the island, lime juice and
the exceptional Fever Tree ginger beer.

Espresso Martini

Our famous recipe of Russian Standard Vodka,


Teichenne Butterscotch Schnapps, Kahula and fresh
espresso. The perfect pick me up.

Hemingway
Daiquiri

Ernest Hemingway was truly incredible. Wrote several


pieces of literary genius and came up with this little
gem. Abuelo 5yr Rum, lime juice, grapefruit juice and
Luxardo Maraschino liqueur. Supreme among Daiquiris.

Cosmopolitan

Whilst its been overdone and crept into the realm


of the nightclub cocktail, we have a more traditional
recipe, short on cranberry with a big citrus punch.

Cherry Drop

For all you sweetie lovers, this drink is perfect for you.
Amaretto, Midori and Absolut Citron topped up with
cranberry juice. Its a real blast from the past.

Tom Collins

The Tom Collins is a classic gin cocktail and one of


those timeless drinks that will remain a favourite or
with a twist, try a Berry Collins?

The Italian Gin Fizz Brokers Gin, Luxardo Limoncello and Fevertree Tonic

Caipirinha

A Brazilian classic cocktail made with lime juice, sugar


and Cachaa. A great drink after a hard days work.

Absolut Perfection

Absolut Raspberry, Chambord and lime juice, shaken


and served tall over ginger ale.

Manhattan

One of the finest and oldest cocktails, a true classic.


Have it your way with Buffalo Trace Bourbon and either
dry or sweet vermouth and a dash of bitters or ask for
it perfect with combination of dry and sweet vermouth

Brandy Alexander

Martell VS, Crme de Cacao and cream. For all you


brandy lovers.

Wild Scottish
Rose

The gentle bite of Chivas Regal 12yr old Whisky soured


with lemon and sweetened with grenadine syrup

Kir Royale

Creme de Cassis gives the blackcurrant touch to the


French classic.
