    General Instructions to the Candidates:
    1. The entire notification and application proforma along with detailed qualification
    prescribed for each posts notified by the University are accessible from the official web site
    http/www.kvafsu.kar.nic.in
    2. The Candidates can download the application form from the official web site and submit
    the application as on the last date prescribed.
    3. The applicants have to enclose the application fees of Rs. 600=00 (in case of
    SC/ST/Cat-I Rs. 300=00 only) in the form of Bank Demand Draft drawn in favour of The
    Comptroller, KVAFSU, Nandinagar, Bidar within the period from 04.03.2014 to
    15.04.2014 along with the application form.
    4. The filled in applications which do not accompany the prescribed fees are liable to be
    rejected.
    5. Filled in applications accompanied with the copies of the testimonials should be submitted
    in an envelope super scribing on it as application for the post of____________________ to
    the Registrar, Karnataka Veterinary Animal and Fisheries Sciences University, Bidar
    on or before 15.04.2014 before 5:00 PM by the candidates staying in India & abroad.
    6. Qualification and Experience for the above said posts will be as per the score card
    prescribed by the University.
    7. The Selection process for the above posts will be as notified by the University.
    8. Knowledge of reading and writing Kannada is mandatory.
    9. Late and Incomplete applications are liable to be rejected and the University will not be
    responsible for any type of postal delay.
    10. The appointment shall be as per the existing Act, Statutes and Regulations of the
    University.
    11. The appointment shall be subject to fulfillment of all the eligibility conditions prescribed by
    the University.
    12. For the above said posts i.e., Professor, Associate Professor & Assistant Professor except
    at SL No 20-30) should possess a valid registration certificate of VCI/KVC.
    However, the candidates passed out from Veterinary College, Shimoga and Veterinary
    College, Hassan their probation will be declared only after production of VCI/KVC
    certificate.
    13. Separate applications with separate fee are required for each posts applied.
    14. Selection of the candidates is based on Inter se merit as per Govt order under Ref.3 & 4.
