WeareoperatingunderofficialPublicPolicyandPublicLawsetforthbytheUNITED
STATESwhentheyconfiscatedallthelawfulmoneyincirculationin1933andit
becameimpossibletopayanydebtswithpubliclysanctionedmoneyundertheprovision
oftheUnitedStatesConstitution,ArticleOne,Sectionten,Clauseone.Inreturnforthe
confiscationofthelawfulmoney,theUNITEDSTATESbecameliabletopaythedebts
ofthepeopleasfiduciarycreditors[Trustees]ofthepeople.Sinceallcommercialenergy

guiltyoffraudortheft.Theyborrowedagainst[mortgaged]ourfutureenergythereby
puttingusatriskandtheyhavetoreimburseus.

FEDERALCORPORATIONsincewearethecreditorsanditisthedebtor.TheSSNis
totrackourclaimsagainsttheUNITEDSTATESandistherecordofaninvisibletrust
accountontheprivatesidewhichtheywillneveradmittopublicly.TheCAFR
[ComprehensiveAnnualFinancialReport]istheaccountingthatkeepstrackofthe
people'scontributionsandtheearningsonthosecontributionsandiscurrentlyestimated
at60to100trilliondollars.

Thegovclaimsownershipofeverything.Theyholdtitletoallproperty(land,homes,
cars,etc.).Theyhavemortgagedagainstourpropertyandagainstourfuturelabor,but
whereistheconsideration?Theonlythinglefttogivebacktousisthedischargeofall
socalleddebts.
Atruecontracthasconsiderationfrombothparties.Considerationoccurswhenthe
bank,creditcardcompany,whoever,hasactuallyofferedyousomethingandyou
offeredtopaythemback.Ofcourseweknowthebanks,creditcardcompanies,
whoever,doNOTactuallyloanusanything!Theyuseoursignaturetogetfunds(our
owncredit!)fromTreasury.

Governmentcannothaveabindingcontractonyoubasedontheruleofvaluable
considerationbecauseeverythinggovernmenthas,camefromyoutobeginwith.
Therefore,noadhesioncontractthatidentifiesyouasapublicemployeecouldbe
bindinguponyou.Alllicensesareadhesioncontracts.Theyassumeandpresumewe
volunteertobeagovernmentemployee/Trusteeandvolunteertobeundertheir
jurisdiction.Ifwetakeadvantageoftheirbenefitsthentheypresumecorrectly,unless
weestablishourstatusthroughpublicdeclarationandgetthemtorecognizeand

ThefactthattheydidnotloanusanythingcanbeprovenwithaVOD(Validationof
Debt)whichtheyneverwill,orcan,answertooursatisfactionbecausetheycannotshow
theyactuallyloanedusanything.AcopyofthepaymentsyoumadeisNOTvalidation
ofadebtowed.Itdoestellyouhowmuchtosuethemfortogetyourpaymentsback
andaddthattotheoriginalamountofyourcredittheyborrowedwhenyoutookouta
carorhouseloan.Whentheydonotansweryoubyyourdeadlineyoudefaultthem
andpresentcopiesofthoseletterstothecourt,andcollectdoubleortripledamages.
Publiclyjudgesandpoliticianswillnotadmittoallthisbecauseofthechaosthey
