    Ishiyama Takaaki is a Japanese animation director, editor and storyboard artist.


    He was born on July 21, 1960 in Tokyo, Japan. Ishiyama Takaaki directed his first TV
    animation series Ninja Senshi Tobikage in 1985. He went on to direct other TV animation
    series like Dominion Tank Police (1988), The Story of Cinderella (1996), Viewtiful Joe
    (2004) and Chaos;Head (2008).

    V.

    Summary
    The episode begins where, under an overcast, rainy sky, a blue-haired high
    school boy lies among the shattered ruins of a city. A pink-haired high school girl
    appears, wielding a large bladed weapon, kneels beside him and kisses him while resting
    the point of her weapon on his chest.
    Takumi Nishijo is a very reclusive person who lives in a storage container. He is
    not interested in the real world and suffers from a delusion with Orgel Seira, his favorite
    anime character. In school, his friend Misumi tells him about a series of incidents called
    the New Generation events. When he gets home he plays online games for a while and
    after he talks chats with his online friend Grim. Grim tries to bring Takumi up-to-date with
    the recent New Generations events since Takumi is not interested in anything about the
    real world and only focuses on his online games. Takumi then chats with a person
    named Shogun who shows him several image links depicting a murder of a man being
    hung by cross-shaped stakes. Horrified, he goes to an internet caf and plays online
    games to ease his mind. After, he walks into a dark alley and is horrified to watch the
    murder he saw online; only it is real and happening in front in his eyes. He also sees a
    pink-haired schoolgirl covered in blood wearing his school's uniform standing right next to
    the bloody scene. She then calls out his name. He runs away while unintentionally
    carrying one of the stakes.
    The next day, he feels someone following him and finds it was a girl named Yua
    Kusunoki. She tells him that she too is a fan of Seira. After some initial reluctance, he
    finally agrees to accompany her to pre-order the latest Seira figurine.
    The next day he attended class, and is shocked to find the pink-haired girl sitting
    next to him.

    VI.

    The most memorable scene for me was the one where Takumi goes home after
    playing online games in an internet caf and stumbles upon the murder scene he saw
    online yesterday. The scene was so bizarre and horrifying that it made me think about
    how that happened and had me wanting to see what would happen next.
