I.

AUTHORITY:
1 As Investigator, Talakag Police Station

MATTERS TO BE INVESTIGATED:
2 THESE PERTAINS to the stabbing incident and determine the
suspect/s in the commission of an offense as well as to ascertain
the story behind the crime scene.

III.

FACTS OF THE INCIDENT:

On the Sunday afternoon of April 26, 2015, an incident had


happen at Barangay2, Talakag, Bukidnon.
Mr. Pedro Belasco, the victim, was having some fun of
drinking at the BEAT bar. Few hours after because of his
drunkenness he suddenly got conflict with another person in the
bar that was having some conversation with his girlfriend. The
man, Mr. John Vincent De la Cruz, was annoyed with his actions
and suddenly punches him on the face. Mr. Pedro fight back and
the fighting last for few minutes until they were stopped by the
security guard. They were calmed down but John takes a knife
and stabbed Pedro.
Everyone in the bar was shock because of what had
happened. They suddenly saw blood spreading on floor and they
saw Mr. Pedro lying down. The people run away leaving the
victim alone. Few minutes after, the victim died.
A concerned customer, who at first run away from the bar,
came back to help the victim. He called for police assistance to
investigate the case and arrest the suspect. Few minutes later
an investigator arrived at the scene and immediately called-up
the SOCO for the proper disposition, investigation and
processing the scene in order to support if reconstruction of the
scene is necessary.
The follow-up investigation and interview of the witnesses
were done to have a further knowledge of what had truly
happen.

IV.
DISCUSSION:
Gathering information, the police requested assistance by a concerned
citizen informing that a purported murder along Barangay2, Talakag,
Bukidnon where the commission of an offense transpired on 010830H April
16, 2013, while the said victim was under the influenced of intoxicating
liquor and boastfully passed by the suspect/s area and was annoyed with

his actions and suddenly punches him on the face. Mr. Pedro fight

back and the fighting last for few minutes until they were stopped by
the security guard. They were calmed down but John takes a knife and
stabbed Pedro.

V.

CONCLUSION:
2 The stabbing incident transpired unhampered, coupled with
greater opportunity when the culprit/s was/were performing the
said execution. That after the investigation and through the
analysis of the crime committed, the said incident was made with
deliberate intent and of knowledge.

VI.

RECOMMENDATION:
3 While the incident was brought and recorded to the Talakag, Police
Station of Talakag , Bukidnon, where the incident happened, a
thorough concerted and coordinated inquiry to counter check
should be undertaken especially that the mentioned unidentified
suspect/s that allegedly stabbed at the back of the waistline
portion of the victims body. The investigator in-charge of the case
was under in its on-going procedures and investigation to locate
and apprehend the said suspect/s.
