    UTILIZATION, PERCEIVED EFFICACY AND HABITAT OF THE HERBAL PLANTS
    as a part of the course requirement for the Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree.
    In connection with this, the undersigned humbly requests for your permission if we can conduct the
    ocular survey, courtesy call to the local officials and data gathering in Aborlan Palawan on July 16, 2016
    (Saturday) furthermore we may request for the research coordinator of this College to be our guide and
    instructor in conducting the said activity.
