There is no documentation responsive to your request; however, | compiled the data as requested. You asked for the number of businesses in the City of Warwick each year from 2010 through 2014. | have reiterated the answers to your questions below. This information completes your request. In your request, you asked for the number of new businesses for each tax year; however, the software system does not currently have any coding or reporting ability to determine that information. Per subsection (h) of RIGL § 38-2-3, the City is not required to compile this data, as it is not maintained in the requested form. In accordance with RIGL 38-2-8, you may wish to appeal this decision to Mayor Scott Avedisian (3275 Post Road, Warwick, RI 02886). You may also wish to file a complaint with the Department of the Attorney General (150 South Main Street, Providence, RI 02903) or the Rhode Island Superior Court of the county where the record(s) are maintained. It is also my understanding that additional information concerning the Access to Public Records Act may be available through the Attorney General's website at www.riag.ri.gov.
