Firstly, discuss one aspect that YOU feel you did very well. Try to
analyze why you think it worked well and what hints you would share with
other
teachers
about
the
successful
strategy/
resource/activity/management style etc.
The closing activity was useful for students, and I succeed in it because while
I was teaching them how to create number 7 using cubes, students were
using the cubes with each other and there were a couple of students who
didn't know how to use the cubes, so other students helped them on that.
As a result, when I saw that students were helping each other, I understand
that they had learned; further, students were helping their friends who didnt
know, to show me that they had understood and they know how to write
number 7.
The hint that I would share it with teachers is to treat students like; they
know what we are doing, and they can do it with themselves by being
independent.
Secondly, elaborate on the aspect identified by YOU that requires
attention. Discuss what the problem was, why it occurred and what
action you intend to take to be more successful in the next lesson.
In this lesson I was very nervous because some students on this day were
very active, while I was asking them questions, they answered the questions
without raising their hands and didnt give a chance to other students to
answer. Thus, in next lesson, I should remind them about the classroom rules
during the lesson.

Personal focus for next lesson:

-

Give students the classroom rules in an enthusiastic way.

Use a faces reward system with students.
