    Overview:

    To embody the thoughts and emotions of a horse in her everyday interactions with her owner,

    Objective:

    To learn more about editing video footage to music to tell a compelling story while creating a
    humorous narrative.

    Audience:

    Howard Cook, Students of FINE 3414-004, and anyone within the equestrian community.

    Timeline:

    The final project will be delivered no later than Feb. 18, 2016 at 9:30 AM.

    Deliverable: Quicktime Movie


    Synopsis:

    Horses and their humans have a bond like siblings. Horses behave in a way toward their favorite
    people that all equestrians know as a universal language. Theyre funny, theyre friendly, they get on
    their riders nerves sometimes, but they love their people as their equals.

    Treatment: Straight From the Horses Mouth has a light, happy color scheme
    made up of earth
    tones with bright and natural outdoor lighting. The
    shots are a mix of extreme close-ups and
    establishing shots in order
    to make the viewer feel like theyre interacting with the subjects.
    The audio is a combination of horse-related sound effects and cutesy,
    upbeat music. The
    haikus will be text that appears within each of the
    stock clips.
