In an MLA formatted essay, you must double space everything from the heading to the
content of the paper. Headings are done with your first and last name first, your professor
second, the name of the class third, and the date in day, month, year format fourth. In regards to
the title, it is centered, one line down from the heading. All words should be 12-point-font Times
New Roman.

Good Afternoon Parents!
On June 12, 2017, our class will be taking a field trip to the Boise
Watershed to learn about where our water comes from and ways to
conserve it, the water cycle, and wastewater treatment. In class, we
have been learning specifically about the water cycle, and myself, as
well as the other 2nd grade teachers think this would be a beneficial
experience for your children.

any students who dont seem to be grasping the material. With questions being asked
throughout the lesson, I should have a pretty good idea of who is understanding and who is not.
