Position: Case Manager
Responsibilities
Implement Evidence Based Interventions targeting adolescent girls and young women.
Ensure the EBIs namely My Health My choices, SHUGA, FMP, PreP, Financial Capabilities,
Entrepreneurship and promotive interventions condolympics are implemented to reach the targeted
AGYWs.
Assist in office administration roles, particularly pertaining to records, payments and other responsibilities.
Management of safe spaces and ensure that every AGYW enrolled is allocated a safe space.
Implement the data collection tools as provided by the donor and the ICL monitoring and evaluation
policies.
Consolidate project qualitative and quantitative data
Assist in preparing activity reports and monthly reports in time for team reflection meeting
Identify and develop project human success stories
Work with the communication officer in project and organization brand enhancement and also develop
project communication materials.
Take part in resource mobilization through participation in proposal development with other program
staff.
