    LOGISTICS CONTRACT

    TRANSPORT PROFIT SHARING


    AGREEMENT BETWEEN

    It is hereby agreed as follows

    1) ..hereinafter referred to as Transporter of

    National ID No. .. hereby undertakes to share

    proceeds from the transportation of maize from Mombasa to

    Nairobi with Faith Wanja Wainaina herein referred to as

    intermediary of ID No

    2) The rate the transporter agrees accepts as consideration to

    transport the consignment that the intermediary facilitated

    link between the transporter and the client is

    Ksh..per truck per trip.


    3) The rated quoted to the client in respect to the

    same.. of ID No. .. in

    respect of the same is Ksh 75,000 per truck per trip

    4) The client shall pay for transportation of the consignment upon

    full delivery.

    5) That upon such payment by the client to the transporter, the

    residual balance of from the quote of Ksh 75,000

    that the intermediary provided to the client shall be afforded to

    the intermediary upon every delivery of the clients

    consignment to Nairobi per truck per trip.

    6) That such payment shall be made by cash, cheques or mpesa .

    7) That such payment shall be made without undue frustration or

    delay

    By assenting to this document parties to this contract invoke an

    express indication to have and understood the terms of engagement

    breach of which shall warrant consequences legal or otherwise.
