General Specification
The 300m, 12-man mobile saturation diving system with 3-man bell was fabricated in France in
October 2008 designed accordance to IMCA DESIGN D024 Standard and certified by the Det
Norske Veritas (DNV). The system is classified under DNV class.
The system has undergone Thermal Test successfully as recommended by International Marine
Contractor Association (IMCA).
The saturation diving complex consists of living chamber for up to 12 divers which can be
separated into 6 divers in main chamber, 3 divers in the additional chamber and 3 divers in the
HRC. The saturation diving system is fitted with a Hyperbaric Evacuation Chamber (HRC) which
can accommodate 12 divers.
The HRC is designed with a dedicated launching davit system for self-deployed should there is
an emergency which require an evacuation.
This 300mtr 12 man saturation diving system comprising of 9 separate lift components, arranged
on 3 levels. The lower levels consist of LSS CV, Additional Chamber, TUP, Main Living Chamber,
HRC and ECU. The upper level consists of Sat CV, Bell handling machinery and Bell Umbilical
sheave.
The module is constructed to Offshore standards with a structural protection frame and also
act as a main lifting for the system. The system can be disassembled and land transported to
any location via low-loaders and trailers.
