1. Attendance is a must. Registration will start at 7:00am. Those who will be coming at 8:01am will be
considered late; 8:15am onwards will be considered ABSENT, but they are allowed to enter the venue. Same 11:40 – 11:50 Open Forum
sanction written in the Life at CEU Handbook will be applied. 11:50 – 12:00 Giving of Plaques
2. Failure to sign the attendance sheet will means forfeiture of participation, thus the student will be considered
ABSENT 12:00 – 1:00 PM LUNCH BREAK
3. Students who are absent because they are sick should present a MEDICAL ABSTRACT OF
CONFINEMENT made at ER or OPD for them to be reasonably excused 1:00 – 2:00 Second Registration
4. Students who are absent will organize a seminar at his/her own expenses and effort.
5. Upon entering the venue, the students must be orderly and disciplined 2:00 – 2:10 Introduction to 3rd speaker
6. Digital cameras and videos will be used for DOCUMENTATION PURPOSES. Only members of the Kaye Masangya
documentation committee are allowed to hold on and use digital cameras and video cameras. Member, Seminar Kits and Speakers
7. All students MUST WEAR CORPORATE ATTIRE and should be presentable. STRICTLY NO HANGING
OR FITTING CLOTHES ARE ALLOWED.
2:10 – 3:10 Third talk
FOR THE LADIES: a corporate ensemble consisting of blouse, skirt should be worn. Blazers are required.
Slacks are discouraged. The skirt must be at least at knee level or 1-2 inches above the knee. Sleeveless Dr. Maria Linda G. Buhat,

8. Proper attire and good grooming should be observed. Students who do not follow the prescribed attire are

14. Asking of questions to the speakers should be delivered in English
15. Evaluation forms must be accomplished by the participants objectively and should be submitted on time as

16. Everybody is responsible for the cleanliness of the venue. Non-organizers caught littering or neglecting Master of ceremonies

17. Student participants should leave the venue in an orderly manner.
