    METHOD

    1. Four(4) horizontal ground control points A,B,C and D were marked with distance
    around 20m to 30m
    2. Prismatic Compass was set at A. The forward target at B and the back target at D was
    set.
    3. The forward bearing AB and the back bearing AD was measured.
    4. The linear distance were measured AB and AD.
    5. The compass was moved to station B, the forward target to C and the back target to A.
    6. The observations and measurement were repeated as before.
    7. These sequence of observations and measurements were repeated until the compass is
    set at station D and the observation closed back to station A.
    8. The magnetic whole circle bearing were computed and adjusted for local attractions.
