1. CLICK any of the 3 then copy by pressing CTRL C.
2. Then paste it on the box where the learner is absent/tardy(SHEET School Form 2)
(you'll notice 1 is added to the Total Absent if marked X)
3. If incase mali ung pinaglagyan nyo ng X, just copy the empty cell (with half slash)on the form.)
4. Note po, pag half day ung bata hndi sya automatic magdadagdag sa absent,
manual nyo na lng po.. :-) type first 0.5 then press CTRL V.. advice ko wag na kau mglagay half day.
Pag gagawa ulit kau panibago for the next month.
Pag po ung X ang knopya nyo, automatic na sya counted as 1, no need to type 1.
but di nyo madedelete ung mismong X pag pinindot nyo delete o bckspace.
copy a cell with a half slash then paste it sa gusto nyo burahin.
7. pag po nagdelete tau ibang rows or columns, it may cause error lalo na sa
sa pagcompute. U can delete po pero make it sure alam nyo edit mga formulas :-)
8. Madali po sundan to pag walang half day.. :)
delete
