My Contribution to the Organization

I have completed my internship from IDLC Finance Limited as a requirement of my Bachelor of

Business Administration (BBA). During my internship I have got the opportunity to learn a lot of

things that are used in our practical professional life. In the very beginning of joining the

organization my work were only limited to scanning and bringing files from the vault under the

deposit operations team. My officers tried to give me very little work and only told me to learn a

bit of new things every day. I used to help other officers if they needed my help in performing

scanning and carrying out other small works. In that way I had a very basic and limited concept

on basics and everyday works such as photocopying. As days passed by, I was given more tasks

within and out of the deposit operations team. I was mainly assigned with scanning because

scanning is a very important part of IDLC nowadays as it going to be fully online based in a very

near future and all its operations will be online based.

I have been assigned to do my Internship in the Deposit, (Operations) at Gulshan Branch of

IDLC Finance Limited, as a partial requirement of the BBA Program. I prepared this report on

the direction of my supervisor Abdullah Al Mamun, Faculty of Business Administration, North

South University. This report has been prepared on the basis of information that I have collected

during my internship on IDLC Finance Limited.

5
Therefore I will state that I tried to contribute more than the organization told me to do so and in

the process I learned many things about organization’s culture and policy.

Lessons Learned from Internship

Technical Skills

During my internship, I became quite efficient in scanning and auditing files. I have learnt to use

a vast range of software used in different sections at IDLC as I was able to work with different

teams for a certain period of time.

Analytical Skills

While doing this internship I could implement a lot of my theoretical knowledge into practical

work. In my study life I have learnt a lot of theories in different courses which I could relate to

the works done during the internship to some extent, not to the fullest.

Besides all these, I had acquired the knowledge of applying tactics of managing hard situations

and how to manage emotions at work. I believe that this would help me a lot in my future life

when I would start my own career.

People Skills

While working at IDLC, I had to work and mix with many different types of people within the

organization and also with many different sorts of customers when I worked for the customer

service team for two weeks. Managing people is one of the main tasks of any job and also it is

the most difficult part. Therefore as I have acquired this skill during the internship period this

would help me a lot in my career.

6
Organizational Culture & Environment

Organizational Culture

“Organizational culture is a system of shared assumptions, values, and beliefs, which governs

how people behave in organizations. These shared values have a strong influence on the people

in the organization and dictate how they dress, act, and perform their jobs. Every organization

develops and maintains a unique culture, which provides guidelines and boundaries for the

behavior of the members of the organization.” (http://study.com/academy/lesson/what-is-

organizational-culture-definition-characteristics.html)

The IDLC demonstrates following basic values through its culture:

 Appreciation of the work done by the employees

 Continue their professionalism in every work accomplished

 Respect the views of others

 Trains organizational culture and creates communicative

 Builds self-motivation among the employees

 Increases interpersonal skills

 Shapes dedication, sincerity, transparency and accountability

Work Environment

IDLC has a well decorated modern and very beautiful, office building in the business point of

Dhaka city, at Gulshan 1. The building named Bay’s Galleria is one of the most beautiful

architectural beauty of Gulshan where the Gulshan Branch of IDLC is situated at the 4th Floor.

The Branch manager have his own room bounded with glass and for the others there are no

separate office rooms, they all have their own desks in cubicles with very small barriers, which

7
ensures that all the employees work in an open environment and build up a sense of

companionship among the employees.

Department, Coworkers, Supervisor

Different tasks are allocated under different departments at IDLC Finance Limited and they are

given different names. I started working under the deposit operations department, but later on I

was given the opportunity to work with the other teams such as customer service, CAD, Home

loan and car loan section, etc. The main and vital decisions of the teams are taken by the heads of

the departments but the most important decisions are taken by the approvals of the Chairman and

Managing Director of the company.

Type, Quality, Quantity of Work

We were two interns at the deposit operations department and the work was divided between us.

We were shifted to other departments to learn their work also and the interns of the other

department were shifted to work in our department as well. It was going around like shifting jobs

but we were originally appointed for the deposit operations team from the beginning till the end.

The shifting of the duties made my work more interesting at IDLC Finance limited. We got

familiar to almost every employees of IDLC due to this shifting job and could accomplish more

duties.

Interaction with Supervisor & Coworkers and Dealing with Difficulties

Before starting my internship program I was a full-time student and my surrounding was

bounded by people from my age group. Just before joining as an intern, the thoughts that scared

me the most was that I would have to spend whole 8 long hours of my daily life with a mixture

of people who are mostly senior than me, came from various background and the corporate

environment which I have never belonged to seemed a great challenge for me.

8
Naturally my nature is that I can mix with different types of people very easily. I am friendly

with people and it is certainly that people starts liking me after they gets to know me. At my

team at deposit operations, all of my group members were very senior than me. They all have

been serving IDLC for more than 6 years. However, this age gap seemed less when I joined and

after two weeks of joining my seniors started to like me so much that some of them told me that I

was the best intern of the team. My supervisor, Md. Shaiful Islam reported that I have been a fast

learner and I could cope up with the environment very easily which was different that the other

interns. I was liked by all from the messengers to the security guards and everyone else.

9
Differences between Expectation & Experience

Nowadays the education system of Bangladesh has become bookish and we are not given the

proper practical training in order to know the real-life situation. A 3 month internship program as

a course curriculum for BBA gives us the opportunity to avail the real life experience and opens

the door to our career life. However, before going for the internship, a student is a fresh graduate

and his/her expectation is very limited. In fact in my case I did not even know what to expect.

We have a lot of real life cases in our different courses but all of those were USA based where

the scenario is totally different from the scenario of the subcontinent.

At the very beginning of joining for the internship, I thought the environment of the job place

would be really tough and people would be harsh and I expected to learn a lot of necessary work

that would help me in the future. However, things turned out to be different and I could learn a

very little about the job done. The team I was working with gave a very limited scope to learn as

all the documents handled were very confidential. All I learned was about the different corporate

environment, how to handle tough situations with patience and to deal with different types of

people.

Influence on Career Plans

I have always wanted to work for a bank/non-banking financial institution. Internship at IDLC

Finance Limited was just a beginning to the track of career. I saw that the environment of IDLC

is very good to work for a girl. They believe in equal employment system which demonstrates

that the work place are getting more equalized in small countries like Bangladesh and gave me

the hope that I probably have a huge sector to work in and uphold my career in the right track.

Also, the work in a bank/NBFI is mostly challenging and target oriented and a lot of promotions

10
are given to capable people who have that aspiration to reach to the top at a young age. So an

internship in such a top-level NBFI in Bangladesh gave me the hope to enhance my future career

in such a field.

They motivates their employees in every possible ways such as by giving performance bonus,

frequent promotions, overtime, letting female employees leave exactly at 6 p.m. when the office

time ends, celebrating special days like Pohela Boishak, Women’s Day, Pohela Falgun, etc. Even

when an employee becomes a mother or a father all the other colleagues celebrate their

motherhood/fatherhood by wishing through cards and flowers. This influenced me to work in

such an environment where I would not only get people to work with but all of the people

working together will be my friends where for a whole day I will be able to spend a good time

sometimes with stress and sometimes without stress.

At IDLC, refreshments are given every now and then and there is no limited time for the lunch

hour. Anyone can go and come at their desired time and anyone can drink tea/coffee whenever

they want. This also motivated me as I think refreshment and coffee are important because when

someone is mentally hanged or is hungry, they cannot work productively. A cup of coffee at this

time or light refreshment can make someone motivated to work in a very tiring and stressed out

day.

11
If I had to re-do this again, how I would do it

If I had the chance to re-do my internship again I would like to do this under the service team as

I think interns at service team have the opportunity to learn more. I would actually prefer to do

the internship at any other team rather than the deposit operations team because scope of learning

is very limited here and the team members are not at all friendly. My supervisor Md. Shaiful

Islam was very friendly and also he tried to teach me lessons in every possible way but the other

group members were not at all up to the mark and they were always lagging behind than the

other teams.

Problems that IDLC is currently facing

IDLC Finance Limited is a large financial organization that follows their own style to convince

their consumers and they may also improve the strategies by training up their existing

employees. IDLC Finance Limited is doing a great job in non-banking financing in overall

Bangladesh as their reputation, jobs and performance is very exceptional than the other financial

organizations. Even after that, IDLC Finance Limited may improve their promotional activities

as I found that the promotional activity of IDLC Finance Limited is very poor as they do not

advertise over television or radio. They uses only newspapers and bill board as a promotional

activity where, a person only he or she may know about the loan facility who reads a newspaper

daily or walks in the highway. A great problem that was found by me is that in the financial

report the name of the terms that were used, is not accounting related or as easy as a person can

understand. So, it may create problem to the stockholders’ of IDLC Finance Limited to

understand easily. IDLC may take care of this little but a problem as early as possible.

12
Conclusion

The 3 months internship program at IDLC Finance Limited has opened up a door for me in the

corporate field and has given me the real life experience of doing a job. At this stage of life this

experience would help me lifelong because this is the part which made me think about planning a

career that would be challenging enough to prove my capability in front of the world. In the

process of accomplishing the intern I’ve learnt how to be punctual, keep patience with others and

handle difficult situations that may arise at any point of time in life. I have worked enough

sincerely at tried to give my best for IDLC so that I could learn to the best as I would not able to

get this platform in my life twice. Overall, this is the experience which I have acquired through

hard work and dedication and finally this ends all the requirements for my BBA graduation.

Appendix

JOURNAL 1-WEEK 1

Work Done

I started my work at IDLC Finance Limited on the 6th of April, 2016. I was selected by their

human resources department and was assigned to work with the deposit team of Gulshan Branch.

At the first day of internship I was not assigned any tasks and I had to leave office at around 11

a.m. due to a final exam at campus and basically my office started from 7th April. On that day

also there were not many tasks that I was assigned. I got to know how corporate culture is and

get introduced to my colleagues. My supervisor, Mr. Shafiul Islam gave me a brief introduction

about the work of deposit section at IDLC and the tasks that I will be accomplishing there.

Mainly my task is to scan files of very important clients and save these in the IDLC Drive for

further use and also to audit, meaning checking the files to find out if all the necessary

documents are present in the file. That is all what was given to me for the first week and my

supervisor said gradually my work load will be increased.

Learning & Achievement

14
The very important thing that I have learnt in the very first week is to work in a corporate culture

and to mix with people from diverse backgrounds. I have also learnt to use a scanner and to find

files from piles from the vault room.

Observation/Reflection

I have observed many such things that attracted me towards the company. The branch manager,

supervisor and each and every person is really very polite, calm and very friendly. My supervisor

was explaining everything to me very politely and in such a manner that was very

understandable. Each & every department is very organized. The office is very well decorated &

a modern office. It really attracted me a lot.

Notable Incident

The IDLC Gulshan branch shifted from Taj Marriot building, Gulshan 1 to Bay’s Galleria

building, 4th floor, at Gulshan at 7th April, 2016. So I became a part of the shifting as well and I

helped them in arranging boxes of files and again put them together in order at the new vault. I

loved being a part of IDLC during this shifting period as it gave me a practical knowledge on

how to cope up with different situations.

15
JOURNAL 2-WEEK 2

Work Done

The first week at IDLC went smooth with no such work, learning the environment only and

doing a very few tasks. However as days passed by, the work load began to increase. I am

working with the deposit team and therefore I had to deal with some of the customers in order to

help them filling up the Account Opening forms for both individual and company and Loan

against deposit forms. The team deals up with making new term deposits, encashment of existing

deposits and Loan against deposit.

Scanning at IDLC began to continue as it is going to become online within the next few years

and they need to back up all of their paper files from the vault room to the IDLC Internal drive in

order to make the process smoother.

Learning & Achievement

Additionally I began to learn about customer psychology a little bit and how to deal with difficult

situations in a fruitful way. No other important works were given to accomplish. My colleagues

and team members began to depend on me and started giving me important tasks. This is an

achievement for me as I have learnt to cope with new people and work in a group effectively

without making any mess.

Observations/ Reflections

My observation is not different from the previous week. I have seen so many things which

attracted me towards the organization more. Here I can get to know about different types of

things. I have done my major in Finance and International business and I am also taking an

experience in my related field of study, i.e. finance and accounting as I am working with the

deposit team.

16
Notable Incidents

No notable incidents happened this week. I met new customers of IDLC who were willing to

keep deposit at IDLC. Nothing more happened in this week rather it was of the 2nd week at

internship.

17
JOURNAL 3-WEEK 3

Work Done

I am getting more comfortable as days are passing by at IDLC. I am getting used to the

environment and people are getting more familiar.

I am now given the tasks to create new deposit files of the existing and new customers of IDLC.

In order to create new files we need to know the account number, client identification code

(CIF), term and interest rate of the deposit, photocopy of passport/NID, customer profile,

nominee, bank statement, source of income, and any other important document for individuals.

The corporate files include different contents but I am not yet given any files for corporates.

Around IDLC, people are engaged in different issues with clients’ files and that is why files are

always being taken away and again returned to the vault room. Therefore there has to be a good

tracking record of all the files. This week I was given the charge of keeping all the records of

these file transaction in a register book and keep record of the files being taken and who are

taking these files and for what purpose and take their signature. This is a tough job to maintain

because people are always busy taking files and it seemed very awkward to me asking for all the

details and their signature every time they entered or left the vault.

Learning & Achievement

This week, I have learnt to open new deposit files and keeping exact record of the files and

making sure that no files are misplaced from the vault and every files are returned to the vault.

Observation and reflection

My observation was not different from the previous week. As it was the third week so I got

interacted more with my coworkers. All of them are very friendly. I got to know about their

corporate life stories and I could feel myself as a part of IDLC.

18
Notable Incident

At the third week at IDLC, I met the head of operations of IDLC, Mr. Ataur Rahman

Chowdhury. My supervisor introduced me to him and we got to know each other. This was a

notable incident this week.

19
JOURNAL 4-WEEK 4

Work Done

This week I come to know the work of other department, loan department of IDLC. I worked in

the Home loan and the car loan section. First I came to know about the agreement between the

client and IDLC as this can be of two type.

For Home Loan the agreement can be between the client and IDLC or it can be between the

client, developer and the IDLC. Also about the deed of mortgage and the deed of agreement,

deed of power of Attorney and ho w they are done. This are mostly done in the stamp paper of

BDT 100/- and BDT 50/-. But some pages are in the yellow cartridge paper.

Along with these I also worked on the conversion letter of the interest rate of the client. This

conversation is to convert fixed interest rate which is given when the deal for the loan is made

into a variable interest rate which changes according to the IDLC’s policy. When this change is

made there is a conversion latter that has to be prepared and has to be authorized by the

authority. When the interest rate changes the installment period also change along with this. In

the variable interest rate the interest can be lower than the fixed interest rate. Also as the

agreement is being amended the new deed of agreement is created. This is done in the stamp

paper.

Learning & Achievement

This week, I have learnt about the interest rate is not always fixed and it can be change during

the loan term. And when this is changed the new agreement is made.

20
Observation & Reflection

My observation was not different from the previous week. As it was the fourth week so I got

interacted more with my coworkers. I also knew about the other coworker from North South

University.

Notable Incident

At the fourth week at IDLC, I got to do some of the work for the document making for the

conversion of the interest rate.

21
JOURNAL 5 - WEEK 5

Work Done

This week I worked mainly on the document handling of the client. Sometime the clients file are

either closed or handed over to the banks who are taking over the loan agreement. Then there are

some procedures to follow before this is done.

The information is first uploaded in the company data base. Then the file is being readied for the

hand over. Then a check list is made for the documents that are being handed over. This check

list is for the original document that was in the vault of IDLC for the mortgage purpose. These

documents include the Deed of Agreement, General or Special Power of Attorney, EMI cheques,

Residual and security cheques, Document of Insurance ( if Valid for the time i.e. not expired by

the time document is handed over), redemption document and if other document are there that

need to be handed over.

Also the list is then printed in the official page of IDLC with IDLC header and in a Customer

copy. Client Copy is given to the client and the office copy is then signed by the client and kept

in the file for further reference in the future if needed.

Learning & Achievement

This week, I came to know about the document that is kept in the IDLC for the purpose of

Mortgage. There are some basic papers that are kept for all type of document and also the

document can vary for the type of agreement.

22
Observation & Reflection

My observation was not different from the previous week. In this week I came to know about

the working of IDLC financial Institute more by knowing how the loan procedure work inside

the office and what are the works needed to be done for this purpose.

23
JOURNAL 6 - WEEK 6

Work Done

This week I was again shifted to work for the “Customer Service” team. I was given the work of

document checking and using a software called OBI which is a collection of all the client’s

documents.

Document checking is a procedure which works with the help of the software called the OSP

(Online Service Portal). Here, I had to input the CIF (Client Identification number) of the

customers to the authorized officer who is currently making the Term Deposit (TD) for that

particular client and this is just done for keeping a good track of which clients’ TD is made by

which TD maker.

The second work I did in this week is that I have learnt to use another software called OBI. This

software has a collection of all the data of the current customers of IDLC. I had to find out the

contact number of the clients, call them and let them know about their current status, for

example, the status of their interest, the rate reduction, when they are going to receive their

interest, etc. This is just done to maintain a good relationship with the customers and make them

feel comfortable about their invested money.

Learning & Achievement

The very important learning from this week is that I have learnt to work with new software.

Though at first I faced some difficulties to work with these, later on, towards the end of the week

I found it pretty much easier and interesting to work with. My communication power also

increased as I had to communicate with the clients over phone.

24
Observation & Reflection

This week I was again working with a new team, so, I had new experience of working with a

customer service team. I learnt to deal with the customers more closely and learnt to use their

documents in such a manner that would record the performance of others in the company who

are linked with the work. Overall, this week was interesting again like the other weeks at IDLC.

Notable Incident

The office was operating in its normal and no new notable incidents occurred this week as well.

Everything, as far as disclosed or as far as our team was related, nothing went wrong or

extraordinary.

25
JOURNAL 7 - WEEK 7

Work Done

This week also I was working for the service team. I was given two new responsibilities along

with the previous ones I did last week.

At first, I was asked to talk with the customers about their interest rate reductions over the phone.

I had to collect the number of the clients using the OBI and call them and discuss with them

about the rate reduction, i.e. how much of the interest rate they have already paid and what is the

reduced rate then they have to pay, after paying that much of interest for the next month how

their rate would be further reduced compared to their current status that they are paying. This

was just a follow up of the last week’s work with slight differences in the style the work was

performed. The software used is known as Flexcube, developed by the Oracle Company.

Then towards the end of the week I was given the work of customer profiling. This was indeed a

very easy task after doing all the previous works at the service team. I just had to collect the

names and contact numbers of the customers from the files that are available in the vault and

make a profile of each customer bearing the name and the number using the excel .

Learning & Achievement

This week I have learnt to use another software named Flexcube and making profiles of

particular clients in order to make service easier, convenient, and faster.

Observation/Reflection

My observation towards the end of the week was that I felt people in the service team had to bear

with difficulties such as facing customers with patience and intelligence as there are many types

26
of customers who show up daily at the office. Other than that all my observations were same as

that of the previous week.

Notable Incident

This week, on Monday, a customer came who wanted a premature encashment on his deposit.

However, his maturity date is just one and half a week from this week. So we all ensured him if

he waits for more than a week and half he would not make a loss on interest which was near

about 45% but the person did not understand any of it and began to argue and at a point in time

he got do pissed off that he began to threat us. We could not make him understand till the end

that this was for his own benefit. The way the customer behaved was a notable incident for me as

I have experienced this for the first time at IDLC.

27
JOURNAL 8 - WEEK 8

Work Done

This week I was again assigned to work with my original team, in which I was allocated at the

very beginning, i.e. the deposit operations team. The working environment and the tasks to be

accomplished were pretty much same as it was at the beginning.

I was again given to scan the files of the clients and open new files with new CIF (Client

Identification Number). This time an additional task was added. I had to audit the files and look

for the missing documents that the clients did not provide. For an individual a file should contain

the account opening form, ETIN, NID of the applicant and the nominee, the source of income,

know your customer form and other necessary documents and for a company the needed

documents are account opening form, ETIN, NID of the signatory, MEMART (Memorandum of

Association and Articles of Association, etc. So, I had to look for in all the files that all of these

are present or not. If any of the information was missing I had to report to my supervisor so that

they could take the necessary steps as a remedy.

Learning & Achievement

I was given a time limit in order to accomplish the task of auditing 100 customer files. This was

somehow related to fulfilling a target and hence I learnt to finish a task within a time limit and

therefore achieve the target without making any mistake. This would help me in the future in my

job life as nowadays work is getting tougher and target oriented.

28
Observation & Reflection

Observation to work with the operations team was similar as before. Information handled by the

officers of this team are very confidential to disclose and thus the work done by the interns of

this team are very limited. Scope of learning is also very narrow.

Notable Incident

There was no such incident which was notable. However, all the office staff was treated with

donuts as a promotional activity of a newly opened donut shop at Gulshan 1.

29
WEEK 9 - JOURNAL 9

Work Done

This week I had a very limited work to do at the deposit operations team. My scanning, making

new files and auditing files continued while I searched for options on how to learn the functions

of the remaining sections at IDLC where I did not get the opportunity to work with the teams.

This week I had a very few work to do but I’ve learnt about the Credit Administration

Department (CAD) and their work for the interns by practically watching, observing and learning

from a colleague intern about the work done at their team.

Learning & Achievement

The work accomplished by the intern of the CAD are to check all the invoices before its input

into the system, that is the invoice is genuine and all the other supporting documents are genuine

or not. They have to make the entry of the invoices, collection checks and security checks,

archive the debtor confirmation letter, buyer information form and security files and analyses the

financial statement of the client.

My achievement was that I could learn from a colleague at this early age and a bonding was

created between us. This relationship building would help me in networking in the near future.

Observation/Reflection

Here, at this department they have a lot to learn and to implement and therefore it will help an

intern to use this experience in real job life. Though I’ve tried to learn a lot by myself, I could

have learnt more if I were an intern of this CAD Department.

30
Notable Incident

There was no such notable incident to mention that happened this week at IDLC.

WEEK 10 - JOURNAL 10

Work Done

This week my work pressure was very less because the department recruited a new intern. I

continued with my own task of scanning, auditing, photocopying and opening new files and I

was given some additional works of data entry. In order to create a new client identification

number (CIF) I had to put the personal information such as the name of the client, his/her phone

number, NID number, name of the nominee and relation into the flexcube software and a number

bearing the gulshan branch code, unique identification number and account number was created

and also a location of the file into a folder was generated.

This is all that I had to do in this week of the internship and the environment was getting

monotonous as I was given a very little scope to work and learn.

Learning & Achievement

As I had a very little work to do, I learned all the branch codes of IDLC that the officers used in

the purpose of accomplishing a task. I learnt about the following codes:

Gulshan: 105

Uttara: 107

Dilkusha: 102

Mirpur: 117

Dhanmondi: 104

Savar: 117

31
This is a very important information to know because everywhere at IDLC they use these codes

to finish their task and also this code is mentioned the account number of a client for

identification.

Observation & Reflection

My observation at the end of this week is that I have mostly learned more than I was supposed to

at IDLC because they let their interns know a very little about their works and do not disclose a

lot of information as they keep these confidential. As they think that the interns are only there for

3 months and they should not know everything.

Notable Incident

This week, a Malaysian hospital came at IDLC to give free basic health checkup for the people

working there. They checked the Body Mass Index of the employees, Blood pressure and made a

blood test and gave health tips. This was a notable incident at this week and obviously this was a

great initiative.

WEEK 11 - JOURNAL 11

Work Done

Lazy weeks are continuing. I have not been learning anything new at all these weeks. This week

I was given the task of mentoring the new intern under the deposit operations team. This was a

task that I was enjoying. By watching the new intern I went in my old days when I started my

own intern and did not know anything. I taught him to scan each and every document a file

contains; a small gap in the scanning can produce a big mistake because scanning is a very

important part as IDLC is going to be totally online in the very near future. I taught him how to

keep good track of files and make new files including all the documents and audit the files. This

was all that I have done this week.

Learning & Achievement

This week I learnt how to mentor or lead someone in the office and act as a leader. This practical

experience would help me in the future in my career life to lead a managerial position and shape

my career in the long run.

Observation & Reflection

My observation this week was that I am almost done with this 3 months internship period at

IDLC and old enough to mentor other intern here regarding how to cope up with the 3 months of

the internship over here.

Notable Incident

There was no such notable incident over here in this week.

WEEK 12 - JOURNAL 12

Work Done

This week the office was only open for two days due to the commencement of Eid holidays.

These were my last two days at IDLC Finance Limited. In these two days I was given the track

of keeping records at the vault as because a client file has gone missing in the Uttara branch of

IDLC and everyone at the deposit operations team was under pressure.

Learning & Achievement

This week I had nothing new to learn and achieve because only two days were in hand. People

with whom I have spent these 3 months were giving me good bye and I was also feeling

closeness with the company and its people and was feeling bad. Achievement at this week was

the experience of the love of all the people who belonged to IDLC.

Observation & Reflection

My observation at this last week at IDLC was that I was loved by a lot of people over here and I

have achieved this by my own behave and work. I am taking with me a life time experience.

Notable Incident

Nothing notable incident happened at this week excepting a small farewell at the last day at

IDLC where all the interns of IDLC gave me a little bouquet of flowers.
