* Those students who have not been issued provisional certificates/transcripts
are required to submit a copy of their matriculation certificate/SSC for
preparation of degrees.

Note:
 For each guest Rs.1000/- will be charged. (Maximum two guests are allowed)
 For each degree fee is Rs.2000/-
 The students of LLB Shariah & Law will deposit Rs.4000/- for two degrees i.e. B.A
and L.L.B (Shariah & Law).

Assalam-o-Alaikum!

For attending the IIU 8th Convocation (2010) graduates, fulfill the
following conditions will be eligible for participation:
1. Have graduated during the Academic Year 2008-09 (from 1.9.2008 to
31.08.2009)
2. In case he/she has obtained Transcript/Provisional Certificate their
attested copies be attached:
a. Deposit Rs.2000/- (Rupees two thousand only) per degree fee
(Non refundable)
b. Deposit Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) security fee for
convocation robes. Refundable on return of Robes after
deduction of Rs.350/- as rental charges.
c. In case of more than one degree, two separate Bank Challan Paid
at HBL IIUI forms will be required, each for Rs.2000/-
d. Submit this registration form alongwith two passport size
photographs, attested copy of National Identity Card and a copy
of matriculation/school certificate. In case of overseas students,
an attested copy of passport will be required.
e. In case you desire that your parents/spouse may be invited to
attend the convocation, a copy of their NIC duly attested may
also be attached. For this purpose, you will have to pay an
amount of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One thousand only) per person.
However, the University reserves the right to accept/reject the
request of participation of parents/spouse.
f. Participation in the convocation by the students and their guests
will be subject to the security clearance by the Government of
Pakistan.
g. The students will have to return the convocation robes in the
Examination Sections within ten days after convocation,
failing which, the amount of security will be forfeited.
h. Convocation robes can also be returned soon after the
convocation outside the hall and security can be claimed.

3. Transcript:
a. Obtain Clearance Certificate first and get it cleared from the offices
of the University mentioned in the form.
b. Pass the prescribed Hifz Test and mention the date of passing the
Hifz Test for issuance of degree.
c. Follow the instructions given above in serial No.1 & 2.
d. This form, duly completed in all respects must be deposited with
the Examinations Branch on or before 17 June 2010,
otherwise, you will not be allowed to attend the convocation.
