FEE SCHEDULE AND INSTRUCTIONS

1. REGISTRATION FEE:

2. METHOD OF PAYMENT:
Payment of Registration fee can be made at any branch of Habib Bank Limited through “Deposit slip”
only, account No. 00427900166803 on the name of Treasurer, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur.

3. INSTRUCTIONS:
a. Full dress rehearsal of the convocation shall be carried out one day before the convocation at
Baghdad ul Jadeed Campus, Bahawalpur.
b. It is mandatory for participants to attend Full Dress Rehearsal.
c. Arrangements have been made for the provision of Gowns / Costumes on rent on Rehearsal Day.
d. Only Ph.D./ M.Phil Scholars and recipients of Gold / Silver Medals are allowed to bring One
Guest inside the Convocation venue.
e. Mobile phones shall not be allowed inside the Convocation venue.
f. Registration Form, complete in all respect must reach by 05.11.2020 (Thursday).
g. Registration Form received without original bank challan receipt / bank draft after due date shall
not be processed.
h. Registration Form can be submitted by hand / through registered mail or Courier Services at the
following address:
