With reference to your application for a suitable position and your subsequent discussions with us, we
are pleased to inform you that you have been selected for an appointment in ########### Pvt. Ltd.
(hereinafter referred to as the Company) on the terms and conditions stated hereafter with effect
from your Joining Date.
2. You are advised to join the Company on Wednesday, 15th July 2017 (“Joining Date”). You are
required to report at 10.00 am to our office at 57-H, Lalita Park, New Delhi-110092 on the Joining
Date.
3. You shall be paid a gross monthly professional remuneration (retainer) of Rs. 90,000/- (Rupees
Ninty Thousand Only), subject to TDS. The break – up of this remuneration shall be at the
discretion of the management. The remuneration paid to you has taken into consideration the
status and responsibilities of your appointment and as such, you will not be entitled to any other
payment by way of overtime and/or other allowances.
4. Further, on completion of your first year of continuous service at the Company, you will receive
an additional amount (bonus) of Rs. 90,000/- (Rupees Ninty Thousand Only), subject to TDS. This
bonus shall be payable only upon completion of your first year of continuous service at the
Company and as such, shall not be payable on any pro-rata basis if you are to leave the Company
prior to the same.
5. Additionally, on completion of your first year of continuous service at the Company, you will be
eligible for a year ended performance based bonus which will be at the sole discretion of the
management.
6. It is a condition of your service to ensure as far as possible that the Company’s policy of
maintaining the strictest confidentiality for the remuneration you receive is observed by you at
all times.
7. You will be on probation for a period of three months from your Joining Date, which may be
extended at the discretion of the Company. During the period of your probation, this contract
may be terminated by you by giving one month’s notice in writing or payment of remuneration in
lieu thereof. Thereafter, you would give the Company at least 2 months notice in writing or
payment of remuneration in lieu thereof. The Company however is required to give you one month’s
notice.
9. Your increments and promotion in the Company will be given based on your performance and
merits and shall be at the sole discretion of the Management.
10. The Company, through its Management, will allocate duties to you, from time to time. Such duties
may include responsibility in general for the area of your operation as well as specific
assignments that may be given to you.
11. During your engagement with the Company, and thereafter, you will not transmit, disclose or
otherwise use Confidential Information related to the activities of the Company, to unauthorized
persons except as may be required in the course of your duties in connection with the Company’s
business. Accordingly, you will be required to sign a Confidentiality & Non Disclosure Agreement
on your Joining Date, and agree to be bound by the terms of the same.
13. In addition to the terms contained herein, your relationship with the Company may be subject to
additional terms & conditions as per the Human Resource Policies & Procedures of the Company,
as may be amended from time to time. It is your responsibility to keep yourself abreast of all such
HR Policies & Procedures.
If the above terms and conditions are acceptable to you, please indicate your acceptance by returning a
duplicate copy of this letter duly signed on each page in token of your acceptance, in the absence of
which, this offer may lapse without any further communication with you.
