    1. Tell me a little about yourself ?

    My name ‘s LENH, I have graduated from Da Nang University of Sciences and


    Technology. I‘m a careful and hard - working person. I really enjoy dealing with difficult
    problems and challenge issues. I’m rather serious in work and can work well under
    pressure.

    2. What are your strengths and weaknesses ?

    I think I have an extremely strong work ethic. I always get things done on time. Because I
    realize that when I join in a project, I need to define goals and then make a plan. I don’t
    want to meet deadlines. Rather, I prefer to complete the project well ahead of schedule.
    Even in college, I always complete projects ahead of time and to be praised by teachers.

    As for weakness, I am easily losed calm. I know this is temprorary problem. I’m learning
    a yoga course to have a refreshing spirit for the work.

    3. What are your short term goals ?

    My short term goal is to find a position where I can use the knowledge and strenths that I
    have. I want to contribute to the growth and success of the company I work for, and I
    believe your company is my best choice.

    4. What are your long term goals ?

    I would like to get promoted in my career, I expect to become a director or higher. This
    might be a little ambitious, but I know I’m smart and I’m willing to work hard to achieve
    it

    What made you apply for this job?
    I want to work in a active and professional environment. I have researched lots of
    organizations carefully and your company is the one which can give me many
    opportunities to develop my skills. It fits very well with my career plan. I really want to
    work and contribute to your company.
    6. Why should we hire you?
    There are two reasons I should be hired. Fist, my qualifications match your needs
    perfectly. Second, I’m confident and I’ll do the best job. I have good studying results
    during high school until now. In addition, I’m responsible and careful. Also, this position
    requires someone that has good English skills and can go overseas flexibly. So, I’m
    confident I’ll be the best candidate for this position.
    7. How much do you want to get paid from this position?
    I want to get paid about 10-12 million VND per month. But I think money is not the most
    important thing in my career, the opportunity for working at your company is always
    what I care most.
