Day 01: Arrival in Prague

 Arrive in Prague.
 Prague - City of a Hundred Spires, it’s the capital & largest city of Czech republic. Each of
Prague’s districts has its own characteristic atmosphere and unique charm. Prague presents
itself to you as a changeable city, which likes to alternate styles, it is romantic and successful,
ancient and modern, but above all it is a city that is cosmopolitan through and through, and is
used to welcoming foreigners.

 Day 02: Prague

 Visit Prague Castle today as well as enjoy the city tour on bus today.

Day 03: Prague (Excursion to Karlovy Vary)

 The above is a quote only. No bookings made yet. All rates are subject to availability on
confirmation.
 Please note above costing is based on a minimum of 05 passengers travelling as per the travel
period mentioned above. In case the no of people increase/decreases, the cost will change
accordingly.
 The above is a suggested itinerary, the sequence of stay, activities & transfers may change.
 Rates are subject to change without prior notice due to circumstances beyond our control e.g.
flight cancellation, fuel charge increase, government regulations, weekend surcharges, etc.
 All service vouchers are handed over after full and final payment only.

Itinerary Changes

 Itinerary Descriptions are guaranteed with the exception of unforeseen conditions which
include but are not limited to, road closures due to weather, acts of God, safety concerns,
poor/bad weather and acts by third parties beyond the control of the service provider.
 On tour if due to unavoidable circumstances the hotels/activities/transfer types/meals may
need to be changed. Similar options will be provided.
 Under unavoidable circumstances itinerary may be changed or reversed. We shall ensure that
similar inclusions are a part of the plan.

Airfare & Visa

 Airfare can vary post confirmation by client until it is issued. In the event of an increase in such a
cost, the same shall be paid by the client.
 In an event of currency fluctuations, revision in the airfare, statutory charges like taxes, visa
fees, and the incremental charges will apply.
 Issuance of Visa is solely at the Consulate’s discretion.
 Visa fee is non refundable. Even if rejected.
 In case of re-application of visa fresh visa fee is applicable.

Invoice & Refunds

 Final invoice is issued only upon receipt of full payment of the tour.
 There is no refund for any non utilization of services on or before tour.
 Any refund payable to the guest will be paid after the company receives refund from the
respective authorities. The company deducts processing charges & necessary government taxes
from the refund to be paid to the guest.

Liability

 All arrangements made by Vibrant Holiday Destinations are in the capacity of an agent only.
Vibrant Holiday Destinations will not be liable for claims or expenses arising from
circumstances beyond our control such as accidents, injuries, delayed or cancelled flights, acts
or forces of nature and due to the negligence of Third Party Operators.
  Bookings are made with third party vendors. All arrangements made by Vibrant Holiday
Destinations are in the capacity of an agent only.
 Vibrant Holiday Destinations will under no circumstances be liable for any claim whatsoever,
due to the negligence of the Third Party Operator.
 All claims regarding Third Party must be lodged with us within 7 (seven) days from the date of
service.
 All dispute/complaints with respect to these terms and conditions and the tour and services
shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Courts of Mumbai only.

Insurance

 General Travel Insurance coverage for travelers till the age of 59 years has been included in the
tour cost.
 All passengers are requested to please read the prospectus of the Insurance covered. In case
they desire to make any additional purchases they are free to do so.
 Passengers are advised to take insurance covering cancellations, medical expense, loss of
baggage, theft, flight delays, any calamity, etc. Vibrant Holiday Destinations can only assist in the
follow up to a certain extent and shall not be responsible for the airlines/service provider’s
responses.
 All passengers must be covered by suitable travel/health insurance prior to departure from the
county of origin. The insurance must normally be taken for 15 extra days

On Tour

 Standard check in time: 15:00 hrs. Standard check-out time: 12:00 hrs.
 In case of early check in / late checkout the charges will be borne by the pax & subject to
availability & hotel’s discretion.
 Hotels may charge you a security deposit on the credit card or in cash for a particular amount
which will act as a guarantee against room services or incidentals in the hotel.
 Vibrant Holiday Destinations will not be responsible for any on tour change or alteration done
by the client in the itinerary or be liable for any refund due to last minute cancellation of
services due to flight delays/political/natural emergencies.
 Tours and transfers depart as per time mentioned on final Itinerary. No delay will be permitted.
Should the Client be late and tour departs without Client, no refunds will be provided.

Service Vouchers

 All service vouchers are handed over after full and final payment only.
 Service Vouchers shall be handed over within 3 working days of the entire payment reflecting in
our Bank Account.
 Due to unforeseen circumstances voucher numbers may vary. In such a case the same shall be
informed to the client.
 Cancellation Policy:

A. Land Cancellation

 Following are the cancellation charges on the balance amount after deducting the
Non Refundable amount of INR 50,000 per person.
Between 60-30 days 45% of the Proposed Tour Cost
Between 29-11 days 75% of the Proposed Tour Cost
10 Days or less 100 % of the Proposed Tour Cost
 In case of any non refundable accommodation, activity or transfer chosen by the client 100%
charges will apply.

B. Airline Cancellation

 Airline cancellation shall be charged as per airline policy along with a service charge of INR 750
per segment/tickets

Payment

 Rate of Exchange (ROE) considered 1 EUR = INR 72.11

 In case of part payment, the highest ROE is applicable on the dates of payment. Please consider a
rate of INR 1.5 over & above the prevailing bank rate, being the cost of handling & remittance
charges
 Upon confirmation, a non refundable amount of INR 50,000 per person must be deposited
 Balance payment must be made according to payment schedule provided. In case of lapse in
payment by more than 5 days the bookings can be released & cancellation charges shall apply.
 Entire payment of Tour must be made at least 20 days prior to travel.
