    Dear Dr. John Richard E. Hizon,

    I am Paula C. Yap, an undergraduate of the University of the Philippines


    Diliman. I would like to express my intention to change my degree program
    from BS Computer Engineering to BS Electronics and Communications
    Engineering.

    As you will note from my copy of grades attached here, I have maintained a
    solid record of good academic standing up until now. I feel that it would be in
    my best interests to discontinue my studies on the BS CoE and take up ECE
    instead as I am aiming to be part of Wireless Communications Engineering
    Laboratory. I feel this would be more beneficial to me at this particular time and
    my future endeavors.
