1. INHALE. SWEEP THE ARMS UP OVER THE HEAD, ARCH THE BACK, HIPS FORWARD, CHIN UP.

2. EXHALE. DIVE FORWARD, PALMS ON THE FLOOR, TO HEAD RELAXED.

3. INHALE. RIGHT FOOT STRETCHED BACK, DROP KNEE DOWN, CHEST OPEN, LOOK UP.

4. LEFT FOOT BACK, KNEES ON THE FLOOR. EXHALE, CHEST, CHIN ON THE FLOOR, HIPS UP.

5. INHALE AS WE SLIDE THE CHEST UP, HIPS ON THE FLOOR, HEAD UP. COBRA POSE.

6. EXHALE.TUCK THE TOES IN, PRESS THE HIPS BACK AND COME INTO DOWNWARD FACING DOG.

7. INHALE. STEP THE RIGHT FOOT FORWARD, LEFT KNEE DOWN, CHEST OPEN, LOOK UP.

8. EXHALE. STEP THE LEFT FOOT FORWARD, STRECH DOWN, RELAX THE HEAD DOWN.

9. INHALE.LIFT THE ARMS UP OVER THE HEAD, ARCH THE BACK, LOOK UP.

10. EXHALE. BRING THE PALMS TO THE CHEST.


11. INHALE. SWEEP THE ARMS UP OVER THE HEAD, ARCH THE BACK, HIPS FORWARD, CHIN UP.

12. EXHALE. DIVE FORWARD, PALMS ON THE FLOOR, TO HEAD RELAXED.

13. INHALE. LEFT FOOT STRETCHED BACK, DROP KNEE DOWN, CHEST OPEN, LOOK UP.

14. RIGHT FOOT BACK, KNEES ON THE FLOOR. EXHALE, CHEST, CHIN ON THE FLOOR, HIPS UP.

15. INHALE AS WE SLIDE THE CHEST UP, HIPS ON THE FLOOR, HEAD UP. COBRA POSE.

20. EXHALE, AND BACK TO NAMASTE.
