3. SIDE HEADLOCK 1- GRAB OPPOSITE LEG AND PULL.
4. SIDE HEADLOCK 2- ELBOW GROIN AND PUT HIM IN
HEADLOCK.
5. SINGLE HAND GRAB PARALLEL- TAKE HAND GRAB
FIST AND PULL AWAY TOWARDS THUMB.
6. SINGLE HAND GRAB CROSS- PUT FREE HAND OVER
FIST AND PULL.
7. DOUBLE HAND GRABBING BOTH ARMS. FORCE
HANDS IN A U SHAPE THEN BRING THEM BACK IN.
