describing Mr. Owengel C. Salazar about whom we commend in our letter. Mr. Owengel C. Salazar is a
Senior High School Student of our school A.Y. 2017-2018 and has taken pride for our school as he was
elected as the Vice- President of SSG School Level S.Y. 2016-2017.

He is ambitious, intelligent, reliable and very capable of leading a council. To our entire satisfaction,
besides being an efficient officer of the council, he proved himself to be a young man of character and
unselfish execution of the council, students, and school benefits.
