    i) Previous Migration issued by other University should have been submitted.
    ii) For withdrawal candidate – Officially Left Order from Director, SMIT is required.
    iii) For Passed out candidate – (a) Attested copy of Degree Certificate/Provisional Degree
    Certificate & (b) No Due Certificate taken from SMIT before leaving the college.
