CONDITIONS :
ü All conditions stipuluted herein form part of this decision and are subject to monitoring.
ü Non-compliance therewith shall be a cause for cancellation or legal action.
The applicable rquirements of national government agencies and applicable provisions of existing
ü laws shall be complied with prior to actual construction i.e. DAR Conversion Clearance, Building
Permit and ECC.
ü No activity other than that applied for and granted shall be conducted within the project site.
No major expansion, alteration and/or improvements shall be introduced without prior clearance
ü from this Office.
This decision shall not be constructed as a certification of the ownership by the applicant of the
ü parcel of land subject of this decision.
Any misrepresentation, false statements or allegations materials materials to the issuance of this
ü decision shall be sufficient cause of this revocation.
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS :
Provision as to setbacks, yard requirements, bulk easement, area height and other restrictions
ü shall strictly conform with the requirements of the National Building Code and other related laws.
This decisions shall be considered automatically revoked if project is not commenced within one
ü (1) year from date of issue of this decision.
