    A- GENERAL :
    (i) Review required Material Specifications and condition for that equipment
    (ii) To the Item: Recording of items Received, Spares Received and checking for that
    equipment model, type and source check.

    B- OVERALL EXAMINATION :
    (i) Examination of system Materials, and check for certificates for F.A.T for the equipment.
    (ii) Check for transportation Damage caused or storage damage for Complete
    system and parts.

    C-INSTALLATION AND ASSEMBLY


    (i) Installation according to the submitted drawings in the
    Corresponding p&I.D.No. (see Attached list for specific drawing numbers)
    (ii) Base plate checked for leveling and grouting.
    (iii) Protective Fluid drained out.
    (iv) Fixtation of Blower and the driver.
    (v) Bearing Oil flush completed.
    (vi) Check Blower and Driver for there freedom of movement.
    (vii) Make sure apply soft foot on each hold down bolt.
    (viii) Check for cold alignment as per Requirements in design.
    (ix) Suction strainer or filter installed.
    (x) Check for suction piping and Discharge piping for cleanliness and its supports.
    (xi) Check if the coupling guards are installed properly.
    (xii) Check if the driver installed has direction of rotation as per design specifications.
    (xiii) Check for availability of coupling Lubrication as per specifications.
    (xiv) Check for correct level of filling in the Oilers that are installed. Lube Oil to be used.

    D-OPERATION
    (i) check for performance of the equipment against the designed specifications.
