MEMORANDUM OF TRUST

for the

JOHN ALEX DOE 

REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST



I, John Alex Doe, a living man, Affiant, being duly sworn, declare and state that I am of full age and legally
competent and have firsthand knowledge of the following facts:



Whereas by agreement made on 5-13-2000, a Moorish American (or American) Man (or Woman), John
Doe, sui juris, was made Trustee, for the purposes as set forth in the Trust instrument in connection thereto.



NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the above recital and the mutual promises set forth the parties
therein agree as follows:


ARTICLE I

Name and Address of Trustee


The trust is doing business as JOHN ALEX DOE, and the trustee appointed thereby is John Doe, of 123
AnyStreet, San Francisco, California.


ARTICLE II

Date of Execution


This Trust was executed on 5-13-2000
ARTICLE III

Property of the Trust


This Trust holds Title to the estate, consisting of the personal and real property with all mineral rights and
royalties of JOHN ALEX DOE registered with district 7000, in GreenBuck County on May 30, 1989. The estate
includes the heirlooms Parcel #134-79-00000, [EXHIBIT A] and the interest in reversion held in common, under
(CUSIP: 326140000) arising out of transactions secured by the aforementioned Parcel, and the chattels annexed
thereto, leasehold interests, in existence or as may be acquired from time to time.


ARTICLE IV

Power of Trustee


The power of the trustee(s) of the trust include the power to sell, convey and exchange and full access to
bank accounts and other assets held in trust. The Trustees shall also have the power to invest, sell, convey, grant
options to purchase, lease, transfer, exchange or otherwise dispose of any Trust property on any terms deemed
advisable, necessary, or proper; and to lend on any terms deemed advisable, to lend Trust funds to any borrower.




ARTICLE V

Successor Trustee


If at any time a Trustee cannot serve because of the Trustee's disability (as previously defined), death, or
other reason, then Michael Jones of San Francisco, California , is designated as the successor Trustee, without
bond.

ARTICLE VI

Revocation or Amendment


During Grantor’s lifetime, Grantor may revoke at any time amend this trust by delivering to Trustee an
appropriate written revocation or amendment, signed by Grantor..




ARTICLE VII

Governing Law

This Trust shall be governed in accordance with the common law jurisdiction of the local Territory or
Republic, within the United States of North America.

Executed on May 13, 2000 by the undersigned Trustee, who acknowledges that this document is his act, and that to
the best of his knowledge, information, and belief, the matters and facts set forth herein are true in all material
respects.
