NAMELY ANIL SRIVASTAVA
IT IS MOST RESPECTFULLY SUBMITS AS UNDER:-
1 That the above noted case was pending the matter
before this Hon’ ble court and the same was fixed on
dated 28.03.2018.
2 That the applicant/accused was not well, he was
suffering from rigid pain which was going on his knees
and unable to walk out due to said problem thus the
prescription treatment document herewith attached.
3 That the applicant was not having the bad intention
to be absent in the matter which was fixed as above
said date and as above said reason for his non –
appearance before the Hon’ble court.
4 That the Hon’ble court which has been issued NBW
(Non-bail able warrant) against the applicant as on
13.02.2018 because the applicant could not appear as
above narrated reason. So that I could not appear
before the Hon’ble Court .
5 That the applicant was not having the bad intention
to be absent in the matter which was fixed as above
said date and as above said reason for his non-
appearance before the Hon’ble court.
PRAYER:-
In view of the facts and circumstances
mentioned hereinabove, it is therefore, most
respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly
be pleased to cancel the Non- Bail able warrant in favor
of the applicant, in the interest of justice.

It is prayed accordingly.
