MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:


1. That the above noted matter is pending before this Hon’ble
court and same is now listed for hearing on 29.06.2024.

2. That the present petition is filed by the complainant against


the respondents consequently the respondents were
summoned by the Hon’ble court after which they appeared
and filed their reply of the petition along with the documents
in support of their defense.

3. That after filing of the reply the respondents discovered that


the graduation marksheet which the complainant had sent to
respondent no. 1 is a forged and fabricated as it contained
incorrect personal information of the complainant.
Therefore, to confirm his doubt respondent no. 1 filed an
RTI application with School of Open Learning, University
of Delhi and the reply of the said confirms the fact that the
roll no. stated in her graduation marksheet does not exist in
their records.

4. That complainant wants to furnish the documents as


mentioned in list of documents filed alongwith this
application.

5. That the above noted documents are very essential


adjudicating the present petition and if the present
application is not allowed it will cause miscarriage of
justice.

PRAYER
It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that the documents
which are filed alongwith this application may be taken on record.
And they may be read as part and parcel of the reply to the main
petition filed by the respondents, in the interest of justice.

That I am the complainant in the above noted matter. And I
have filed before this Hon’ble Court printout of:
1. Whatsapp chat dated 04.01.2022 between Respondent no. 1
and the complainant.
2. Graduation Marksheet of complainant sent by her to
Respondent No. 1 through WhatsApp
3. RTI Application dated 05.01.2024 and its reply dated
15.01.2024.
which are obtained from my mobile and same has not altered/
tempered with. That I certify that information mentioned above
are derived from my mobile during the period over which my
mobile was used regularly to store information. That I confirm
that throughout the material part of the said period, the mobile was
operating properly. Therefore, it can be treated and admitted as
genuine evidence. That the statements made above are true to best
of my knowledge and belief.
