Project Objectives:
This project aims to make children happy despite of all the challenges they’ve
been through in their different path of life. It aims to enjoy and make a best memories through
participating a different games prepared by the members. In addition, it promotes good health
practices and provides leadership opportunities for youth in the community. It also increases
opportunities for children to be physically active.

Project Description:
This project develops a socialization of the kids among their community which
develops a good relationship. This project will provide opportunities for children to participate in
a variety of recreational activities to help children stay active. This program provide children
with an opportunity to engage and socialize with other kids and build a lasting relationship as
they get older.

NARRATIVE: RECREATION

Before the day of our NSTP on Saturday, the group members who are assigned to
the project brought a game prizes and materials needed, We, informed the residents especially the
kids and the participants of the Pastillas business last project.

30th day of March 2019 we started our community service and projects
implementation, it focuses on recreation which is entitled: “Laro at Sayang Handog sa mga
Bata” and continuation of visiting the participants of the said seminar which is Pastillas
Business. Our first main goal is to make them happy despite of all their challenges in life. The
group aims to achieve the following goals such as, It also increases opportunities for children to
be physically active, It aims to enjoy and make a best memories through participating a different
games, provide children with an opportunity to engage and socialize with other kids and build a
lasting relationship as they get older.

Our team leader Anna Lorence Fabre led the program. Then we introduced
ourselves to the children and approached them nicely, so that they can feel comfortable with us
and not be able to ashamed. In addition, we started the games with the explanation of mechanics
in each games. On the other hand, the other members are visited the adults or participants who
been shared time and participated the Business Pastillas. While, the other members are in the
feeding program and some of us are in the environment program that led to a cleaning of
different areas of the community.

The program goes smoothly, activities and projects has been successful. The kids went
home with a beautiful smile and game prizes such as toys and foods prepared by our team.
Moreover, we met the objectives and goals for the said program. With that, we felt so much
gratefulness seeing those kids happy and enjoyed.

REFLECTION: Recreation

The children were happy to the games that we prepared like stop dance,
pasahang bola. We saw the happiness in their faces, we make them happy very much. That
feeling even though the children were so blurly, one nice command they will softern their voice
and back to being kind and they will listen. Its not easy to let go of them because we've learned
to love them at they are too. It held at Brgy. Cotta in a Chapel. We've learned a lot on how to give
importance in every children that we teach and give them joy.
