BELIEF STATEMENT
As a teacher I believe each student has a different way of learning as well as retaining
knowledge, thus it is my job to incorporate various learning styles and special needs
into each and every lesson. I look beyond the books and paper seeking hands-on
experiences to help ensure each child’s success. I will create a safe, caring environment
where I will address students’ strengths and weaknesses on an individual basis. Beyond
the students, I will build and nurture relationships with my peers and work together to
ensure the growth of our students.
