My main goal in life is to get involved in the business industry and
eventually own a bakery of my own. Pastry arts has always been my passion
and I’d love to leave a mark in the world with my pastries.

COMMUNICATION
Communication is key for so many different situations. Working in the food
industry communication is the only way things will go right especially in a
kitchen or in business in general. For being such a good communicator at
work my general manager promoted me to be a certified trainer for the new
employees. I’ve grown in the communication world and it’s been the best
skill to get me through my everyday life.

LEADERSHIP
I’d always shy away from leadership however, usually in my classes if
there’s a group project I’m always chosen. I believe it’s because I
carry myself with confidence and truly care about making others
succeed no matter the task. I play a big role of leadership whether
I’m at school, home, or work. My personality is strong and I’m not
afraid to help others if somethings wrong.
