The framework then provides strategies to (1) create and sustain change, (2) develop yourself and others through coaching, and (3) adapt approaches individually and organizationally. The overall goal is to empower leaders with a neuroscience-based understanding of thinking, emotions, habits, change, and feedback to improve decision-making and motivation.
