The total land area is 418 sq-mtr. With having construction of shed
near about 250 sq.mtrs. Approx. Bearing Plot No. B-53, Sector-5,
Noida, Distt. Gautambudh Nagar (U.P.) is proposed for its transfer
in favour of a proprietary Conner M/s. Sunil Fabricators for the
manufacturing activities of welding works. The cost of land &
building as calculated is under:-
