mLedger

Mobile application designed and developed by MAPI Technology Private Limited to take
care of your day to day billing, accounting and reporting “weekely and monthly sales
and inventory reports” needs without computer and internet “on your mobile or tablet” .
You can do all accounting activities on “hand held devices like your” mobile and print
bills in your local language using Bluetooth printers “anywhere” . “The” Application can
be used and customized for all business “based on your needs”.

Billing
This function will allow “user” to create cash bills and credit bills separately. Item
can be added from stock by selecting through “existing material list” or by scanning
barcode. GST is calculated from rchaseMRP as per the % updated in stock against each
item. Creation of credit invoice will have reference to Customer so that it’s easy to track
to the pending payment.

Stock
You can enter stock with information like Quantity, price, Discount, GST% etc.
Once billed, the item quantity will be deducted from stock. This will help in accurate
billing “inventory tracking” and reports.

Customer & Vendor Management


We have provided “additional” options to maintain Customer and Vendor details.
You can capture information like their contacts, reference, GSTIN numbers which can be
used while placing order “through customer or vendor drop-down list” or “and” in
tracking credit invoices

“Purchase” Order Management


Here you can place the order to vendor. An email will be sent to vendor with the
item details and same is stored in the app. This is helpful to check order history to a
vendor

Expense and Revenue


Here you can enter expenses and revenue without any reference of invoice. For
example, salaries of employees, and “sales from “profit earned from non-inventory
items. Maintaining data here will give accurate Profit and Loss statements.

Reports
“Customised” There are various reports with multiple selection options “for
durations” like Daily, Monthly and yearly for Cash Sales, Credit Sales, Stock, Vendor
Order, Customer ageing, Vendor ageing, GST etc.
