    AFFIDAVIT OF EDUALDO DY

    I, EDUALDO DY, married, of legal age, Filipino, with residence at No. 38


    Lockheed Street, Concorde Village, Brgy. Tambo, Parañaque City, after
    having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state
    that:

    1. I am the father of Ireene Dy, the respondent in the instant case;

    2. I am denying the allegation of the Complainant Ma. Cristina Tabuloc


    in her complaint that I and my wife saw my daughter hurting her
    physically;

    3. The allegations of Complainant Ma. Cristina Tabuloc are baseless,


    fictitious and questionable because there was no confrontation and
    altercation that occurred between her and my daughter last January
    29, 2019 as alleged in the Sinumpaang Salaysay of the Complainant.

    4. The complaint against my daughter is in fact a futile attempt on Ma.


    Cristina’s part to extort money from my daughter as she needs money
    to prevent the loss of their family home which is currently mortgaged.

    5. While I am always outside, I’ve witnessed how my daughter loved the


    Complainant and respected her ever since the start of their relationship
    in August 2016.

    6. Complainant is mentally unstable and I’ve personally witnessed how
    she locked herself in the bathroom for several times, shouting for no
    reason at all. I am certain that Complainant would do everything to
    ruin my daughter and our family.

    7. I am humbly asking this Honorable Office that the complaint against


    my daughter be dismissed for being baseless and fictitious. All I want
    is a peaceful family.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature this
