    ROLE OF INTERNET IN MODERN LIFE

    Internet has made everyone’s life very easy and simple as we no longer need to go outside
    for paying bill, shopping, seeing movie, business transactions, etc. It has been an essential
    part of our life means we can say that without it we face lots of problems in our daily lives.
    Because of its easiness and usefulness, it is used everywhere such as workplace, offices,
    schools, colleges, banks, education institutions, training centres, shops, railways station,
    airports, restaurants, hotels, malls, and most importantly at home by each members for
    different purposes. Once we take the internet connection by paying money to the Internet
    Service Provider, we can access the internet facility anytime from any corner of the world
    for one week or month according to the internet plan we have taken.

    From the time internet has come in our life, our world has become changed to a great
    extent in the positive ways however in the negative ways too. It is highly beneficial for the
    students, businessmen, government agencies, research organizations, etc. Students can
    search any needed information for their study, businessmen can deal their business
    matters from one place, government agencies can do their work in proper time, research
    organizations can research more and give outstanding results, etc. It implies that
    individuals can contact companions whenever of day or night and associate as a group with
    the help of different social networking platforms, for example, Facebook and Twitter.
    However, they make it simple to share links, perspectives, sentiments and recently
    discovered patterns, music and movies and so on.Finally, I think internet has so many
    advantages. Personally, I have accepted the invention of the internet to be an exceptional
    learning and internet tool. And I hope everyone uses internet information not using it in a
    bad way.
    My best friend

    I have many friends, among them Sanjoy is my best friend. He is my neighbour. He studies
    in Hindu High School. He is a very intelligent and kind boy. Sanjoy always maintains a very
    neat and clean look. He is good at studies. Every day in the evening he plays with me.
    Sanjoy is also a very obedient boy. He respects his teachers and loves his friends very
    much. He always comes first in class. He also helps me a lot in my studies. Wherever we go,
    we go together. He is always there in my sorrows and happiness. Whenever I am in trouble
    he stands by me and helps me in solving my problems. He respects my parents too. After
    we finish our studies he comes over to my house to play carrom and chess with me. He is
    really a source of inspiration to me. I am proud to have a friend like Sanjoy.

    School library

    Library is a room where the books on different subjects are kept. I am a student of class
    fourth. Students should ‘take the books from school library and read it. Our school library is
    housed in a big room. It is room of recreation and information. There is a big table in the
    centre.

    There are more than five thousand books on almost all subjects in our library. The books
    are kept in the almirahs. The newspaper and many magazine stands are placed in a corner.
    Sixty students can sit on benches. They read newspapers and magazines. There is a pin
    drop silence in the library. There are five big almirahs. The almirahs are made of Iron and
    glass. Books are arranged on them. The library is looked after by the librarian. He guides in
    selecting good books.The students return the old books. They borrow fresh books. A
    student can borrow two books at a time. I visit the library regularly. I like my school library
    very much.

    My favourite Cartoon character

    My favourite Cartoon character is Doraemon. He is a cat robot from the 22nd Century. He
    has a pocket on his stomach and many gadgets in it like the “bamboo copter”, anywhere
    door, fast / slow perfume, Gulliver’s tunnel, small light and big light etc. His sister’s name is
    Doremee. Doraemon lives with his best friend Nobitha. Doremee lives in the 22nd Century
    with Nobitha’s grandson in the future world. Doraemon came through the time machine
    which is in Nobitha’s drawer. Nobitha is a very lazy boy and he asks different gadgets to
    Doraemon for whatever he has to do. Nobitha doesn’t study at all and so gets zero in all his
    tests. He always falls into some trouble, because he misuses Doraemon’s gadgets, but
    Doraemon always saves Nobitha. Nobitha’s friends Jiaan and Suniyo always bully Nobitha,
    but when Nobitha cries and runs home, Doraemon always teaches them a lesson. This
    shows Doraemon’s love for Nobitha. Doraemon is a very honest cat robot. I like Doraemon
    because he takes care of every one and hence helps every body. But friends we should
    remember that he is only a cartoon character. So we should not wait for Doraemon and his
    gadgets to help us out in real life. If we are honest and hardworking, we will be able to
    overcome all our problems and thus succeed in life
