    MINUTES & HIGHLIGHTS OF THE FIRST (1st) GENERAL MEETING OF THE ZAMBOANGA CITY WATER

    DISTRICT (ZCWD) – TAU GAMMA PHI (TGP)

    I. CALL TO ORDER

    Mr. Aldo “Texas” Gangoso called to order the first meeting of Zamboanga City Water District
    (ZCWD) – Tau Gamma Phi (TGP) organization at around 11:00 a.m., on August 3, 2019
    (Saturday) at Castro Drive, Barangay Abong-Abong, Zamboanga City.

    II. ATTENDANCE

    In attendance were the following ZCWD personnel:

    1. Glen C. Mejado
    2. Lorenz T. Yuayan
    3. Rolando G. Junio
    4. Agustin del Carmen
    5. Neil P. Cahanap
    6. Ricky A. Columbres
    7. Robert L. Credo
    8. Genesis S. Compnaion, Jr.
    9. Jay R P. Atilano
    10. Yusop B. Masdal
    11. Romeo B. Catly
    12. Christian Lim
    13. Emmanuel Carpio, Jr.
    14. Aldo “Texas” Gangoso
    15. Macky Boy

    III. AGENDA

    A. Prayer

     Engr. Neil P. Cahanap led the attendees with the Triskelion Prayer.
     Emmanuel Carpio, Jr. led in the signing of the Triskelion Hymn.

    B. Introduction

     Mr. Gangoso requested each member in attendance to introduce themselves for


    familiarity.

     Mr. Gangoso thereafter made introductory statements stating that the meeting was
    merely organized informally to discuss and explore future plans. He also stated on
    some significant matters such as the establishment of a new council by some
    sectors of the fraternity in the city.

    C. Matters for Discussion

     Mr. Gangoso advised the attendees that ZCWD-TGP members should remain neutral
    and just support the plans if they are for public good or if the activities are beneficial
    to all. All members agreed.

     Mr. Gangoso also suggested that in case any ZCWD personnel should wish and
    desire to attain membership in ZCWD-TGP, he or she should apply with another
    chapter, such as the Triskelion Alumni Organization (TAO), and that ZCWD-TGP will

    just adopt them as members. He stated that ZCWD-TGP will not be a chapter and
    will have officers headed by a President, instead of the usual fraternity positions
    such as the Grand Triskelion (GT). Every members present agreed and/or no one
    present made any protestations or counter-proposals.

     Mr. Gangoso also broached the idea that ZCWD-TGP members could participate in
    ZCWD activities, in order to help and assist in the office programs and agenda. For
    example, he suggested that members could participate in searching for illegal
    connections.

     Mr. Neil P. Cahanap stated that we should discuss the design for the T-Shirt of
    members in the next meeting.

     Mr. Yusop B. Masdal stated that we should elect officers for the organization. Mr.
    Gangoso suggested we should have a General Assembly next meeting for the
    election of officers.

    IV. NEXT MEETING

    A. SCHEDULE

     The next meeting will be tentatively scheduled on September 21, 2019, third
    Saturday of next month and the venue will be announced later.
