    Subject: Request for Temporary Space

    Dear Madam,

    Greetings!

    Im one of authorized distributor of Kascash Marketing Corporation, National Instant Ticket Program
    of Philippine Charity Sweepstakes (PCSO). Currently, our MOA (Memorandum of Agreement)
    contract has recently expired last April of this year, though a new proposal for new MOA with PCSO
    for another 5 years contract was already submitted, we were advised to temporary moved-out, while
    the MOA is on-going review. Our inventories are still part of our 7 years MOA, wherein part of revenue
    goes to charity funds of PCSO, and we are necessitated to offer and deliver to our market.

    In lieu with this, I would like to humbly ask from your good office, if we could inhabit the space beside
    information desk of National Commission on Indigenous People Office adjacent to PCSO Tarlac Branch
    Office. This will enable me to further serve and advise our PCSO agents/clients.
