Safety, Mississauga, Ontario.

Family Background:

I belong to traditional Indian family, with strong ethical believes and its values. My father Mr.
Kolan Prahalad Reddy is into his own business and man of disciplined principles. My mother Mrs.
Kolan Babitha is a home maker who taught me how to take the responsibility of any given job and
always being strong. I am the only child to my parents. My parents have always been very supportive
in my decision and very encouraging.

Educational Background:

I have completed my SSC from Sri Chaitanya Techno School, Himayatnagar with a
percentage of 89 in 2011. I pursued my High School from Narayana Junior College in 2013 with
88.6% and I have completed my Under Graduation in 2017 in the stream of Computer Science and
Engineering from Bharat Institute of Engineering and Technology under Jawaharlal Nehru
Technological University, (JNTU) HYD with an aggregate of 69.3%. During my course of
engineering, I have completed the project on “Privacy Preserving on Encrypted Cloud Data based on
Multi-keyword Ranked Search Technique” under the guidance of my college professors.
Funds:

As required and adviced in the checklist, I have already paid CAD $ 6,900 towards
one semester tuition deposit in advance as required and also paid GIC of CAD $ 10200
required for living in Canada. I have sufficient deposits and savings with me to pay for the
cost of my education. Though I have all required documents with me, I have only enclosed
the required documents as advised in the checklist.

Annual Income:

Annual Income of Father (ITR’S) 16,00,203/-INR

Why Canada:

I have chosen to study in Canada because of its friendly, laid-back nature, excellent education
system, and high standard of living. Canada is currently the second most young popular destination
for international students in the English-speaking world. Many international students choose to study
there because of the cultural diversity, friendly natives, and high quality of education. Schools and
employers all over the world recognize degrees from Canadian schools. Graduates from Canadian
schools are highly sought after due to the impressive international reputation of the Canadian
education system. This system is carefully regulated by the Canadian government in order to maintain
the high standards of education associated with the country.

Institutions in Canada offer a wide variety of courses and degrees, so international students
can easily find the school and field that are right for them. If necessary, one of the most appealing
aspect of the country for international students is the quality of scientific research. Canada is at the
forefront of new technology and innovations. Students who study in Canada can take advantage of the
country’s impressive technology and research resources. My parents also appreciated my decision as
Canada is a less crime country and it is safe to survive.

Why not in India:

The India too has a number of good colleges for post-graduation, but the main drawback to
get in to such colleges is the reservation issues and limited seats.

As I am more willing to get an international exposure and gaining the practical learning, I
found Canada is a better place to study rather than studying in India because Canada education system
has an international reputation for their excellence, the advance technology and infrastructure are best
when compared to India. These are the reasons which made me to choose Canada rather than India.

Why Lambton?

In the search for a good institution for Post-Graduation and a good place for my Post-
Graduation, I have come across the Lambton College, Ontario and learnt about their infrastructure and
practical exposure that college enables along with the quality education and individual career
development.
 Lambton college has been serving Canadian international students for over 50 years and has
truly evolved from a public as a high popular college for Post-Graduation. Graduates of Lambton
College have a competitive edge in employability and practical experience.

Why Post Graduation in Advanced Program Management and Strategic Leadership:

Advanced Program Management and Strategic Leadership careers and specializations are
consistently evolving – offering an exciting professional future. Management and Leadership skills
will position me to devise technology solutions to business problems and can also keep in a higher
place. As a Program Manager I can be able to use advanced knowledge and skills relating to emerging
technologies and innovation to protect the organization. Advanced skills across managing the program
are under increasing demand as organizations seek to become more agile and responsive to
technological advancements.

Future plans:

After completion of my studies I will come back to my motherland, which is armed with a
recognized International Qualification and International exposure would secure a good job with any of
the top multinational companies in India. I want to work for about few years in the field gaining
practical experience and then I would like to start my own Company in India which should be
gradually increasing and finally listed out as one of the top most companies . All my learning and
practical experiences which I would gain from Lambton College will help in shaping up my
career. These experiences will again help me to lead the company where I would be employed and
also give me an edge over others in this competitive world.
