MEP SITE PROGRESS

HVAC

1. 1st floor to 5th floor HVAC indoor unit only installed inside of flats and corridors.
2. 1st floor corridor chiller supply and return branch pipe with rubber insulation installed.
3. 1st floor to 2nd floor HVAC indoor unit with ducting installed inside of flats.
DRAINAGE
1. 1st floor to 7th floor riser and branch soil and waste pipe installed on site.

FIRE FIGHTING
1. 1st floor to 5th floor corridor main sprinkler pipe installed on site.
2. 1st floor to 2th floor sprinkler branch pipes inside flats installed on site.

WATER SUPPLY
1. 1st floor to 6th floor PPR branch pipes inside flats installed on site.
2. 1st floor to roof PPR riser pipes installed on site.
ELECTRICAL
1. 1st floor to 4rd floor inside flats conducting with box provision installed on site.
2. 1st floor to 6rd floor Corridor Electrical and low current cable tray installed.
LIFT MACHINE ROOM
1. Lift machine installed in the roof
