7. Project Planning
Technical Feasibility:
The system is technically feasible as the front -end and the back-end
required for it is available and already installed.
Economic Feasibility:
The tools that will be used for the system are latest one and thus the
cost involved in tools, designing and dev eloping the system will be a good
investment for the organization.
The benefits of using the system are not in monetary terms, but it increased
interaction between Users & administrators. The modules designed can be
easily navigated. The hardware available with the company is already the
best available and hence no new purchase is required.
Operational Feasibility:
He helped to describe the module for the project and also to define
function of each module. He also helped me to define database structure.

There are many types of risks. We have analyzed our project to reduce risk
at its minimum level before start coding.

TESTING:
This section discusses the testing strategy, methodology and types of tests
that the product must pass in order to pass quality assurance and customer
acceptance. A detailed test plan will be created as part of the
implementation phase.
Test Strategy:
The testing strategy used will focus on reliability and performance of the
product. This includes the reporting client hardware, software, management
software, and overall system integration.
The foundation for the success of this product is the Good Bandwidth. No
matter how reliable the software if the bandwidth is not good the website
will not work.
The next key to success is the performance of the website both the reporting
user and remote server. M ost operations must performance at a sub second
performance level. This does not mean that the operation is completed in a
sub second although every effort should be done to actually hit the task
assign metric rather that the user sees the system respond i n some function
within a second.
This system can be upgraded with new features by making very less changes.
The new features that can be added to this system without making vast
changes are:
Providing news alerts and useful tips to the User regarding New
Technology & computer Updates.
Here is the list of websites and other software which are refer red during
