    Liezl P. Basco is reserving to purchase two lots located in Brgy. Pulang Lupa Uno, Las Pinas City for a total price of PHP 2,300,000. Basco is paying a reservation deposit of PHP 700,000 and will pay the PHP 1,600,000 balance either through cash or bank financing. In exchange for the deposit, the seller agrees to reserve the lots for Basco for 60 days while they finalize a contract to sell. If a contract is not executed within 60 days, the deposit will be refunded. Basco acknowledges and agrees to the standard terms and conditions.

    Philippine Pesos: Seven Hundred Thousand (Php 700,000.00) in (__) Cash or (__) Check No.

    _______________ ), payable to Ms. Rosemarie A. Enecio as and by way of “Reservation Deposit” for the
    above mentioned property.

    In consideration of the Reservation Deposit amounting to Php 700,000.00, the Seller hereby reserves
    the lot for sale to the buyer until execution of the Contract to Sell. If the seller does not execute a
    Contract to Sale within 60 days, this Agreement will lapse and the Reservation Deposit will be refunded
    in full.

    I/We further acknowledge and agree to the Standard Terms and Conditions set forth herein.
