III. COURSE DESCRIPTION : This course emphasizes separate visual, analytical, and numerical approaches to the fundamental
ideas of elementary differential and integral calculus. Topics include differentiation and applications
of the derivative, as well as integration and anti-differentiation. Graphing calculators are used to
explore properties of functions and to facilitate computations.
VII. COURSE GRADING SYSTEM : AFFECTIVE (10%) FORMATIVE (50%) SUMMATIVE (40%)
