Today is another milestone for our dear students as well as their families and friends who have

supported them throughout their journey. Let us congratulate them and celebrate with so much
passion and enthusiasm for they were able to surpass this stage. But since today’s celebration is not
the end but a beginning, toda let us remember the inspiring words from Winston Churchill , “Success is
the ability to go from one failure to another without no loss of enthusiasm.

Good morning and welcome to Tubigon West Central High School Junior High Moving Up Ceremony
with the theme, Pagkakaisa sa Pagkakaiba-iba. Kalidad na Edukasyon para sa Lahat.

Ladies and gentlemen, let us all welcome the candidates for completion with their paerents.

Milueda P. Escabarte, our school principal, Mrs. Zenaida Y. Mascariñas, our Office – In- Charge, Mrs.
Antonina C. Libante, our benefactors, faculty and staff, dear parents, students, visitors, good morning!

Maam April: Let us show our respect by standing still as we sing the National Anthem and the Bohol
Hym with Mrs. Jeanrose Mae B. Luzon, SSt 1, tWCHS, conducting.

Sir Joseph:Today marks the another momentous event in our lives as we witness the unfolding of
dreams of another batch of young individuals honed and molded by God, teachers,
parents, families, and friends. Today starts the beginning of another journey that these
young individuals are about to take.

Maam April: To formally welcome us all in today’s event, may we call on the batch With High Honors,
Ms. Evangeline Nicole Cenas.

Sir Joseph: Thank you, Evangeline, for officially welcoming us all to this event. And now we will move on
to the Recognition rites for the students in the grade 7 to grade 9 with academic
distinction and special awards.

RECOGNITION RITES ACADEMIC AND SPECIAL AWARDS

And now the most significant moment in every graduation ceremony has come. May we
call on our school principal, Mrs. Zenaida Y. Mascariñas for the presentation of candidates
for completion.

Maam April: This is to be followed by the confirmation of completers by our District School Supervisor,
Dr. Milueda P. Escabarte.

Sir Joseph: For every hardship and endeavor that we encounter toward our most desired goal, there
is always a reward that awaits in the end of the journey. After four years of hard work and
dedication, completers, it is about time to reward your commitment towards education.
Reap the fruits of your labor. So, at this moment, we will distribute the certificates of
completion to our dear completers
Maam April: And this is to be followed b the giving of academic and special awards to our completers.
In order to present the certificates and awards to our completers, we would like to ask our
District School Supervisor Dr. Milueda P. Edcabarte and our school principal, Mrs. Zenaida
Y. Mascariñas and to do the honors.

Spiel: To maintain the smoothness of the flow of our program, here are some friendly
reminders to all parents and guardians. Picture taking must be done after the ceremony.

thanks to these people behind the success. At this point, let us be all ears as we listen to
Mr. Francis John T. Baldon, batch With High Honors, for his words of gratitude. A round of

This Moving Up ceremony and Recognition Rites has truly been noteworthy for everyone
here. Congratulations to each and every completer who has successfully accomplished the
Junior High School. This is your time to celebrate your achievements and get ready for the
