AUTOCONER AC-6 RM MACHINE MAINTENANCE SCHEDUALE

DAILY CHECK

1) Machine clean with compress air in maintenance mode


2) Remove waste from waste chamber two times in shift. Remove fiber finish deposits form screen
Clean and check suction pipe shutter for snarled yarn ends.(Production)
3) Over head travelling blower west clean and clean yarn trap form fiber finish deposits using a bottle brush and mild
detergent.
4) Check the loop gate functioning or not
5) check yarn trap pipe
6) check tube conveyor (Check at 4 PM )
7) Check off standard spindle to control reapiter cycle. (OM)

WEEKLY

7) Clean splicer head with compressed air. Spray shears (scissors) with maintenance spray RS 400 (AC OKS spray), check
secure and complete cutting of the yarn.

8) Lower scissors RS400 spray


9) Vacuum- clean transformer compartment.
11) Travelling cleaner clean filter screen, fan wheel and reversal mechanism. (Mild detergent)
13) Delivery package conveyor clean light barrier, remove accumulated yarn waste, especially form the Deflection
point and conveyor belt.
14) Clean the (DOFFER) light sensor. Monitoring of LH and RH drive area, package guide arm cradle opener, cradle
lifter, package through, cone/ sleeve gripper.

MONTHLY

16) Check Suction arm setting ( Code 32 , check parallel with 150 dia Pkg)
17) Vacuum- clean transformer compartment
15) Vacuum clean motor and choke compartment.
16) Visual inspection of air distribution unit, check filter element.
18) Inspect RH package adapter for unobstructed rotation and silicon oiling
19) Clean the loop gate housing, spray shears with RS400,
22) Empty bobbin conveyor if required, remove yarn waste accumulations especially form deflection roller of the
incline, remove cover from belt tensioner and remove yarn waste accumulation
23) doffer clean and RS 400spray on movable parts
24) All spindle side cover open and clean with blower (Electrical)

Quarterly (3 Months)

25) Splicer head cleaning ( All parts dismantle, clean and setting check )
a) Prism cover plate setting 1.75mm ( gauge (Holding Pipe or Set by drill bit ))
b) Opening tube or Holding tube for Z- Twist yarn 3 & 9 'O' Clock

c) Scissors simultaneously cutting at 40s code of spindle.


26) Tension assembly cleaning and greasing, Talcum powder use on rubber bellow.
27) Clean with blower of frequency convertor compartment including the pcb housing ( Electrical)
28) Remove protective cover and clean the cooling ribs of the motor.

Semi-annually ( Six Months)

29) Package adaptor greasing place grease gun nozzle in the centre bore of the LH pkg. adapter and
lubricate by one stroke of the grease gun (SHELL Alvania R2)
30) Remove complete RH adapter assemble and apply thin silicon oil pure on the inside of the guide
bushing, visually inspect function and effectiveness of the pkg. brake.
31) When no cone is clamped pkg adapter must not be in contact with yarn guide/drum Clean the central
housing and suction pipe gear
32) Inspect pkg. conveyor belt for wear.

35) Drive unit motor vacuum system ( Electrical)
36) Switch into maintenance operation select menu SERVICE IN” MAINTENANCE” maintenance operation
HDS, enter password and select active.at expiration of the programed status time the machine returns to
normal operation. Apply grease amount per lubricating nipple
1) Motor siemens;8 g ESSO UNIREX N3
2) MOTER ATB; 8.5 g grease (Electrical)
37) check Loop gate magnet

Annually (one Year)


33) clean the suction arm device
34) clean the gripper arm device
35) Crealing device maintenance.

41) Lifter assembly cleaning ball cage bearing grease and silicon oil on 'v' ring.
42) Shock absorber oil check 95 ml.( 100mm/s at 40 C )
1) Shell Tellus oil C100
2) BP Energol HLP 100
3) Esso Esstic 100
4) Esso NUTO H 100
5) AGIP OSO 100

3 and1/2 year
43) Cradle maintenance
