1. Introduction
Here we are going to build a complete software system product utilized by any organization according to it
hiring policy. Hiring refers to the process of attracting, screening, selecting, and a qualified person for a job.
The proposed system will be designed to facilities of any organization for hiring of human resources
according to their need.
This software (system) product will provide salary administration, compensation and hiring management
support to Human Resource Manager of any organization.
Building a powerful team of motivated employees begins with the hiring process. Increase your opportunity
for high quality hires and lasting relationships by taking the right measures early in the process. Learn how
recruiting software and applicant tracking system capabilities can help you create processes to improve
employee motivation.
To identify the real problem and to strategically apply the organization’s resources so that organization’s
business goals/strategy can be achieved and return on investment is optimized which accomplish to
implement effective IT governance and to ensure compliance with good practices in the use of IT.
1.1 Motivation and objectives
The proposed system will be move process of any organization from traditional system to computerize
system. This software system (product) will provide an efficient hiring process finding a way to integrate
these practices into organization recruiting and hiring process that will empower company to attract highly
driven candidates, while creating a basis for sustainable employee motivation. And maintaining an
employee record will provide a reliable and efficient system to organization to record of employee.
The proposed system will automatically short list candidates for test and interview and reports to views the
short listed candidates. The whole product process including – generate call letter for test, interview, offer
letter and other activities will be automatic by proposed system.
System will also provide facility to maintain any organization employee’s information management as well
as salary structure and employee hierarchy that include employee’s grade and designation information.
Proposed system is aimed at developing a web-based and for Human Resource department of a company.
Some feature of this system will be check vacant vacancies, storing application data and interview process
initiation, scheduling interviews, storing interviews results for the applicant and finally hiring of the
applicant.
All those thing’s which are required for hiring the process is the input of this system and finally test result ,
short listed of the hiring employee is the output of this system.
1.3 Scope of the project
We are going to develop a general system (product) for any organization. Any organization can set this
product according to its salary structure and hiring process.
This proposed system process complete recruitment (hiring process) of any organization.
And complete employee process of any organization.
This system (product) makes it friendly to distribute, share and manage all the hiring entities with higher
efficiency and easiness.

1.4 Description
This software system (product) will be designed to facilities the human resource department of any
organization for setup of salary structure and hiring process.
The software system (product) will be design for any organization that overcomes the data redundancy,
inconsistency, time consuming, Tedious and cost saving of Human Resource department in any organization.
This software system (product) will be developed in C# (Object Oriented Language) and asp.net. Ajax will
be used in proper places to make this application more reliable and error free.
This automat system (product) is aimed to developing a web-based system. Some features of this software
system (product) will be check vacant vacancies, storing application data and interview process initiation,
scheduling interviews, storing interviews results for the applicant and finally hiring of the applicant. And
after hiring of applicant it maintain all the record of employee information.
In this proposed (system) all the requirement that need in selection of employees are to be get as a input and
after all the hiring process it will give the selecting candidate list as a output and salary structure of selecting
employee. System depends on the internet services.
1.5 Proposed Methodology (Required)
During this system development we will follow water fall model.
2. Individual Task
Document outline A document outline has been produced describing the format, content
complete and objectives of each major section of a large document.
Technical investigation The investigation of a technical issue is complete and a summary of the
